The mortgage loan originator, Marc Ortsman is the reason my experience was excellent. My position is that the people that work for a company can make your experience a great experience or terrible experience, which impacts the business. This person, Marc Ortsman represented the company quite well I say. From the very beginning, he was respectful to me the customer, commucation was beyond excellent. Marc talked to me not at me, which established trust between your company & customer myself. Establishing trust between a company & customer isn't an easy job. I supervised in the area of customer service & that isn't easy. Follow up is another trait, skill this person has. While getting the job done for your company & customer. I'm hoping you have a lot more people working for you like this one, because they represent you.

Advisor quit in middle pod application. No calls, no notifications for a month. Then had to go to get copies made and execute more documents for not all were presented at same time. Had to go to Office Max for this service as I do not have equipment to perform required services. Just very poor services.

The whole process was very simple and straightforward! Lots of documents and such were required from me, but that was to be expected! Plus, I figured that any company endorsed by Tom Selleck just had to be a reputable company! The woman that I primarily dealt with throughout this whole process was Ashley Kemp, and she was the most pleasurable person that I have ever dealt with!
