Every time I open the app, it fails to refresh and shows me dates I was last in the office rather then the current or future dates to register for. I have to force quit and relaunch the app for it to realize it’s out of date and then it loads correctly. This has been going on for maybe a year now and reinstalling the app makes no difference. All other apps on my phone refresh just fine. Envoy needs to get their act together and fix this.
I can’t believe after using this app for 2 straight years and it didn’t provide the recently visited office locations. I need to visit 2 different office locations every week, and for the booking reason I have to find my location from a long list of options each time. Why can’t you sort the location list by visiting frequency? Is that hard to achieve? Did you hire a product manager?
Interface uses different or confusing terms to mean the same thing. Check in should be "Check in." Check out should be "Check out." It should all be simpler.
When it works it’s a great app, however, 75% of the time I try to use the app it stays on the loading screen and I can’t actually do anything. Very frustrating.
Why is it that EVERY time the app is updated, I have to go through a tedious login process? Is this an old bug that’s stuck on my device or is this the usual situation for your users? Once I login, I should not need to login again when the app updates. Just keep that session active… imagine if that happened with many other apps. People would be going insane having to login over and over again to their apps.
Latest two versions crash when loading large floor maps, preventing users from editing booked desk.
It works better than manu other apps
Cools features, occasionally buggy, but good support team
We’re forced to use this app at work in order to come to the office (for Covid reasons) the registration page just hangs sometimes for minutes sometimes longer. Being a developer I’m puzzled how they managed to make something this bad.
Why does envoy need to track me when I’m not using the app? Is my employer tracking me or is envoy selling my location data to someone. Either way this is messed up on an app I’m forced to use for work.
When I go in and want to change the time to reserve the desk it won’t allow me to book it so I end up booking it for the full 24 hours
A feature for recurring schedules would save me from clicking on every day in the year individually. Also there are frequent errors with uninformative error messages.
Moving off of this product
Why did envoy stop listing package recipient name in envoy business delivery area? Why make users make another click to see this information? Why can’t you scan a package from deliveries area? Why make users go back to home page to add delivery? Adds three clicks and takes time. Poor design. Why can’t new users be added to directory through app? Why can this be done through web only? Little things would make package management easier and more efficient. Strangely this is the opposite direction the app is taking. It might be time for us to explore different options
Dddcant write a review either
Used to work great. App updated early October and now it constantly crashes and can’t connect to network. iPhone 14 pro.
Since the new update the app is now saying no internet connection or error logging in. I have not had issues before but now it’s making it harder to login when my work requires me to login into the app to approve me to work…admin please fix this issue.
Please note that I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app if that was an issue but still the same issue.
This app automatically has her name when you sign in if you have been vaccinated and have put that through to HR you shouldn’t have to answer those two questions every morning
As soon as I downloaded the app and wrote down my phone number, I start receiving at least 4 spam text messages per day. So annoying. My info is not secure here.
Freezes often with no explanation
I wish I didn't need to use it.
This
Lovely app
This app is extremely hard to navigate. They use the terms “sign in” “check in” “register” interchangeably, and it’s never clear what the prompt is asking for - to complete a health check? To book a desk? To book for same day? A future day? I really hope Envoy figures this out, bc I have to use this on a regular basis and still get confused by it.
Continuously crashes when changing desks.
Subject says it all
I started using Envoy cause of work. The problem with Envoy is that the app is not responsive and things are hard to find. When I click to register on a given day it took five plus minutes to load. If I keep on clicking the register icon it immediately opened the registration survey. I completed the survey and submitted it, but the UI icon still shows my registration as pending. It’s frustratingly poor UX/UI
Half the time I’m stuck outside my office after a long commute, and I can’t get in because Envoy is not communicating my status.
Three interactions to actually be registered to be in the office seems excessive and not being able to see who else is in the office from the web app on my laptop is annoying to say the least.
I love this app, but it would be great if I could add my pass to the wallet and have that show up on my locked screen (like how airline tickets show up) after I register/sign in to the school/job for entry. I hate having to go through my phone to find the app and open it to show to the guard at my school….

The app has multiple issues such as slow performance, payment decline, inability to access, and login problems. Users also face difficulties in purchasing tickets and combos, and the app lacks proper support for iOS 14. Overall, the app is considered a waste of time and a disappointment for a reputed company like Sam's Club.

Headway is an amazing app that allows users to quickly overview books and decide if they want to read the whole book. It provides visualized books and a variety of up-to-date topics. The app also offers motivational features and a rewarding system. Users can listen to several books a day and gain solid knowledge and insights. Headway is a useful tool for self-education and helps users save money by reviewing books before purchasing them.
