    What a wonderful jewel in Gent. We had a splendid stay with our four children who felt welcome as well. The rooms were beautifully furnished and very spacious. Calm at night. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had

    we got married in gent at the city hall and briefly mentioned this to the hotel! they sent us a beautiful bottle of cava and gave us a very thoughtful card. the hotel and facilities are amazing! highly recommend

    Comfortable, clean, well appointed rooms with a very kind staff. Breakfast was ok, not exceptional, but many selections available. Great location with old world charm in a modern way. Highly recommend.

    I enjoyed the best sleep of the year in this elegant hotel. All the details are taken into consideration in this hotel experience. Happy to warmly recommend the hotel for anyone travelling in business, and why not in leisure.

  • Exceeded expectations.

    This hotel exceeded expectations. We had to leave very early for our flight home and they arranged the taxi and provided us with an amazing boxed breakfast. The whole experience at Pillows was perfect.

    The quality doesn’t satisfy Over-priced Too expensive parking ( supposed to be free for 4 stars hotel guests) Non friendly staff on reception Dirty carpet in the room In addition breakfast is also expensive

    The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Great atmosphere in the cocktail bar as well as the Bistro. Very easy to reach the central area and without being located in a crowded and noisy area.

  • A Fantastic Business Week in Ghent

    Stayed at the Pillows and conferenced at the Marriot. Excellent location, walking distance to all amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, well presented and clean rooms. Highly recommended.

  • Nice Hotel - avoid on Business Trips

    Very nice hotel - but Internet is a disaster so if you plan to work during your stay you should find something else. The location is good , walking distance to all sites, clean and stylish hotel in general.
