      Üyeliğimi hiç başlamadan iptal etmeme rağmen , bugün Apple dan gelen mesajla şok oldum.. Güvenli ödeme platformu olarak bildiğimiz APPLE dahi buna alet olmuş gözüküyor . Gelen mesajda üyeliğimi İptal etmediğin takdirde Temmuz ayıından itibaren, aylık ücretin 1199 TL olarak güncellendiği bildiriliyordu. Elbette tekrar İPTAL seçeneğini işaretledim. Ancak ne çıksa beğenirsiniz , 23 Twmmuza kadar aylık 290 TL üyelik ücreti ile kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz ?? Şaka mısınız siz ya ?? Ben bir yıldır zaten hiç kullanmıyorum ki bunu ?? AMAN DİKKAT .. APPLE uyuma!! Böyle ilkesiz kolpacı uygulamaların senin platformunda ne işi var . ?? Ne diye alet oluyorsun buna ..

      Nefes farkındalığı ile açılan bir kapıdan içeri girmek üzereyim. Nefes alma tekniklerinin , iç organları rahatlama ve sağlıklı bir fizyolojiye katkıda bulunması diye biliyordum. Oysa nefes ile birlikte bir bilinç çalışması olduğunu, iki gündür yaptığım nefes çalışması ile hissettim . Hem çok mutluyum, hem çok mutsuz . Mutluyum farkına vardığım her şey için , mutsuzum farkına vardığım her şeyin dönüştürmek gerektiği gerçeği ile yüzleşiyorum . Tabii ki bin tane mazeret kafamda dönüp duruyor. Dünkü seanstan sonra o kadar mutsuz oldum ki , bir kadeh şarap içerek kendimi uyuşturup uyudum.
