The employee was very nice
The best service. I ordered a printer and it came the same day. The courier was very polite and left it exactly where I asked! Thanks. I recommend!
Never have an issue with Argos. Bought some earphones recently that stopped working and they had no issues with replacing them.

Got charged twice for a cooker, when I messaged them, the advisor passed the blame to PayPal. Didn’t seem to want to pass me on to a manager either. Wasn’t helpful in reassuring me that I would get my £400 back. Spoke to my bank and the issue was resolved in 5 minutes, they told me it was an issue with Argos website and stopped the unauthorised duplicate payment.
PURCHASED A WASHING MACHINE FROM THESE USELESS CHARLATANS. THERE WAS A £50 E CARD WITH THE PURCHASE. WHEN TRYING TO RECEIVE MY E CARD I WAS TOLD BY ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS THAT THERE WAS NO E CARD WITH THIS ITEM. THE FILTHY LIARS WERE TRYING TO KEEP IT FOR THEMSELVES. THE BRAIN DEAD PEOPLE I HAVE SPOKEN WITH ABOUT THIS ISSUE IS VERY STRESSFUL. WHAT THESE DIRTY THIEVES DON'T KNOW IS THAT I TOOK A SCREENSHOT OF THE PROMOTION. GUYS STICK WITH AMAZON ETC, ANYONE IS BETTER THAN LIARS TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.. AND JUST THINK IF THEY'RE DOING YOU CAN BET YOUR BOTTOM DOLLAR THEY WILL BE SELLING YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON TO THE CRIMINALS.. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY............ ZERO STARS

If there had been no stars then they would have received them. I placed an order for 3 items last week, 2 arrived. I ordered 2 shower curtains in the order because I am disabled so need 2 for the size. One was missing, I live chatted Thursday he said it might be here on a separate delivery, never came, I contacted Friday she said it would be investigated. Heard nothing back. I live chatted again and he told me the customer service had been refunded but I never asked for refund . I explained I did not want a refund just replacement. So he said I would have to reorder again. Spoke with someone on the phone explained I would need it delivering because of my situation being housebound she said order it on line and ring me back and I can waiver the delivery. I just went to reorder not for delivery as warehouse does not have it in. I am absolutely appalled that if they had told me last week I could have ordered online then. Customer service at its very best.

Do not buy any appliance from Argus. I paid over £200 for a washing machine under 6 months ago and it has broken, they are now Refusing to honour the warranty and come out and repair it because I’ve voided the warranty by moving it into the garage after it started leaking water in my house which makes 0 sense as it broke BEFORE I moved it into the garage. Absolutely pathetic customer service from Jonathan Crisp who says he is the ‘highest point’ of escalation in Sainsburys which I find absolutely hilarious. Avoid at all Costs. Buy from a trusted company like Curry’s or directly from the supplier they are a waste of time money and space. Disgusted and will never buy anything at this shop again or online at Argos.Response to this review: you have voided your warranty as it’s been put in that garage! That was AFTER IT BROKE!!!! What are they not understanding clearly no one can understand a simple situation in their customer service team aka lack of customer service team. Awful whole things a scam

My TV was delivered on time and appears to be a good choice. However it would help if customers were given information on companies in the local area who could install and set up the TV.
There is always a problem with deliveries. Not too sure which company they use, but absolutely rubbish!! They couldn’t deliver the small item I purchase because it was no one at home, which it’s not true. Then when I called customer service… the service was horrible, had to cancel the order at the end .. getting fed up with Argos !!
We ordered our Xbox mid morning and got it less than 6 hours later.
Manager at Abbey Wood is rude and rubbish but at two different occasions a young black lad has been exceptionally good, helpful, polite and cooperative, God bless him, I don't remember his name.
Table arrived the exact day and I have been contacted to confirm the exact time! The table is wonderful!
The power button stopped working within a few days of using them, but the customer service was great
