  • Don't be fooled by shiny appearance

    Feels heavy and looks shiny making you feel its quality product but isn't. Bought one January this year and the flow control knob is loose with no way if tightening it. Going to contact Amazon for a refund or replacement.

  • On/off knob broken on arrival and dribbling water.

    On first glance, the product felt sturdy enough but when we plumbed it in, the on/off dial wouldn't turn past the button, which was painfully stiff and wouldn't go down properly to allow rotation.
    Water did come through, but it was a dribble and not enough to wash in. We got this one because it said that it could handle low water pressure from the tank, but it turns out that it couldn't.

  • Flow control came loose within a couple of months.

    Flow control loose after not much use. Unable to access the inside to tighten. Contacted customer services to ask for a replacement/repair but was advised I could only get a refund. I need a replacement before I return the defective mixer. Frustrating.
    Update: seller agreed to send me a new mixer. Hopefully this one lasts longer.

  • I would buy again… But Wish it was a little cheaper

    Yes it’s a nice looking wall mounted tap but wish it came along with a shower hose and shower head. Can’t speak on the installation as I got a professional plumber to install it but did have to buy a few additional bits at the plumbers merchant.

  • Looks good, works properly, fits the existing water supply.

    I bought this item to replace a shower bar that no longer worked properly. It was easy to replace, although I had to check online to remind myself how to do it properly as there are no instructions in the package, just some technical drawings with the dimensions.

  • Quality product

    Cheap and looks very good. So far no issue. I would recommend this. Hopefully will work for years :).

    Just info - there is all you need, but in some.circumstwnces you may need PTFE tape what is not included in the package so you may need to order or buy somewhere else ( cost ÂŁ0.40 in B&Q)

  • Failed after three days

    This reduced the power of the shower and the water control knob has failed. It fully unscrewed after three days from installation. Attempted a repair but still unscrewed. Sending unit back.
