  • The machine does not wash the back of the car properly and they do not use the brush beforehand like other locations. My back window looks just as dirty after I went through the wash.

  • They do a okay cleaning job, place is often dirty outside and in. I have tried to discuss my concerns w management about staff and cleanliness they say they cant do anything about it, and that the new owners don't care. Not a good way to run a business! I often have to rewash it there as it does not clean outside correctly the first time.

  • Worst company - Used to be a loyal customer and was locally owned; they sold to a big corporation that doesn't care about its members or workers. They make it impossible to contact them by phone and email, and you get the runaround. Their tire shine was, for some reason ( probably broken spraying all over my car, and they switched to oil from water-soluble. For months, I was told it was the soap or the machine failed. Then, just a few weeks ago, I was told the tire shine turned it off. It didn't matter; it was on all the machinery, so I pushed further into my paint/rims. Once I found out this information a few weeks ago, I was furious. I never agreed for them to spray oil all over my car, and what has done not only my paint but also the rims and brakes make sense; why you slide on two wheels when leaving? I had noticed a significant staff turn, and it didn't have the same personal touch. Am not mad at the people who previously owned it and don't blame them; it's just a shame they worked so hard for Big Corp to ruin it. Go to Harper Auto Wash!
