  • Poor Poor Book

    This is more a religious document than a self help book. Finished about 25% of the book before I decided it was enough. It’s basically just giving you bible quotes throughout the book. I truly did not find any redeeming qualities or items I could put into use in my life. And the constant force fed religious aspect of the book was poor taste by the author.

  • Good book

    It’s a good book. It does focus quite a bit on the Bible, but it’s important for the reader to analyze the lessons from a more spiritual level so you can digest it regardless of religious or non-religious beliefs. This book coupled with The Intention Experiment and some Silva Method YouTube videos will be all you need.
