    Hum, j'ai acheté ce livre car c'est un must-read reconnu dans le monde entier. David Goggins a fait des choses remarquables et la façon dont il a construit son mental est juste incroyable mais... Le livre est sectionné en passage de sa vie et l'on a parfois l'impression d'être dans sa tête à un moment T, ce qui est super.

    Pourquoi je n'ai pas apprécié ce livre tant que ça : ma vie est loin d'être similaire à celle de David Goggins et ses exploits sont tellement extrêmes (ex : courir des dizaines d'heures avec la jambe cassée...). Tout le long de ma lecture, je n'ai pas réussi à m'identifier à lui, ni à ses objectifs et ambitions. J'ai donc toujours eu des difficultés à prendre quelque chose de ce livre pour me l'approprier et améliorer ma vie.

    Ce livre ne fait pas de mal. Je le recommande pour sa culture générale, au moins pour savoir par quoi David Goggins est passé pour arriver là où il est aujourd'hui.

    It's a really really bad copy. The pages are not in the right order and in 2 days, some pages were completely detached from the books. Really bad quality.
