    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Nalva Goncalves and Groupon regarding a recent purchase of two microblading sessions. Despite my attempts to redeem the coupon, I encountered insurmountable obstacles. The merchant failed to respond to my numerous text messages and calls, rendering me unable to schedule an appointment. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. If I can give it 0 stars I would. Furthermore, upon reaching out to Groupon for assistance, I was shocked to learn that the merchant claimed the second appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of the initial service. Nowhere in the fine print of the coupon did it mention this requirement. Transparency and clarity are fundamental in all transactions, and it is imperative to ensure that customers are fully informed. The merchant's failure to honor the terms of the advertisement constitutes deceptive practices and fraud and I will be disputing this transaction with my credit card company. Please stay away from this merchant.While I made every effort to communicate effectively, the lack of proficiency in English hindered our interaction. It is crucial for all terms and agreements to be clearly documented in writing, especially in cases where verbal communication may be challenging. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with this merchant and to demand full transparency in all transactions. No customer should endure such unprofessionalism and deceitful practices. I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter with Groupon. Failure to address these issues adequately will force me to explore further actions to protect my rights as a consumer. I definitely would not recommend this place and service.
