Nowhere in the fine print of the coupon did it mention this requirement. Transparency and clarity are fundamental in all transactions, and it is imperative to ensure that customers are fully informed. The merchant's failure to honor the terms of the advertisement constitutes deceptive practices and fraud and I will be disputing this transaction with my credit card company. Please stay away from this merchant.While I made every effort to communicate effectively, the lack of proficiency in English hindered our interaction. It is crucial for all terms and agreements to be clearly documented in writing, especially in cases where verbal communication may be challenging. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with this merchant and to demand full transparency in all transactions.
