Terrible app.. cannot see how to confirm a shift. I get notifications that link me no where. Terrible overly complicated user interface. Designed poorly. Needs a much more thought out interface
I just find this to be the most unintuitive app to use. You have to scroll sideways for a menu. It's just not easy to find what you're looking for in this app - I find I have to use my desktop instead.
My bell icon has gone missing since updating app so can't see any shift updates from management. Uninstalled app and reinstalled and still nothing...
App is filled with ads for shopping, credit cards etc. Takes ages to load. Roster and leave management is very disappointing. Very frequent updates that don't seem to fix flaws just make app even slower and show more ads.
It doesnt deserve even 1 star, its so bad, hard to use. Straight advertising. Unlike Social Schedules which I really enjoyed and liked beforehand. It's so stupid.
This app looks like it was designed by a child. Also the name Change makes it hard to find when I am looking for "employment hero" I have to remember the application is called "swag" the change makes absolutely no sense
