The reviews for 'Empire: Four Kingdoms' highlight significant issues such as connectivity problems, high pay-to-win elements, unsatisfactory customer support, and constant need for in-app purchases. Players express frustration over unaddressed bugs, loss of progress, and the dominance of paying players.
