  • ١/ الفندق قديم واثاثه قديم والوان الغرف كئيبه وحسافه فيه المبلغ العالي والموقع الجغرافي .٢/ تم اخذ ليلتين وعند حضورنا طلبوا اكمال مبلغ الليله الاخرى قبل الدخول بالرغم من دفع مبلغ الليله الاولى وتم اكمال الدفع والدخول وبعد رؤيه الفندق بالسوء طلبنا عدم الاقامه لليله الاخرى واستعاده مبلغ الليله المتبقيه وتم الرفض من قسم حجوزات الفندق .٣/ اسلوب موظف الاستقبال سئ جداً وهو من الجنسيه المصريه المسمى ( ابراهيم ).٤/ عدم نظافه مناشف دوره المياه وبعضها متسخه وبها اوساخ .٤/ لايوجد حسنه وحيده سوى الاطلاله فقط هي على النوافير عموم الفندق غير المستوى المأمول والمناسب للاقامه المريحه .لاانصح بالسكن في الفندق لقدمه الا اذا تم اجراء التحسينات الشامله عليه مثل دورات المياه والاثاث والوان الغرف .Rooms: قديمه والوانها كئيبه

  • Dry hotel. No alcohol service or allowance in areas other than room. Lot's of bed bug bites. Food service in evening poor due to Ramadan celebrations. No communication from staff. No easy check in allowed even though we were 20 mins early only. No bin in room in kitchen.
