Most books provide information that doesn't clearly point the way. This book's greatest strength is providing a practical start to where you need to head. These concepts in this book create a mindset that will improve your ability to serve...and, therefore, make money through increased value.
Not only for business owners -- this is for anyone in charge of anything.

This is a short book. Easy to read. It has some good ideas and concepts. Wish it went into more depth in a couple of areas.
Easy to follow for system implementation
Loved this book! As an operations-focused specialist, it was a great read and was full of reminders of processes all businesses should implement. I was lucky enough to be gifted a copy of the book. It is worth the small investment of time and money to read it. Go get a copy today!
This is a decent book on setting up systems for your business.
One thing all these books miss is that you cannot really clone yourself or be totally out of your business.
Nobody will takecare of your business like you.
But twice as long as it needs to be. I could do without all the stories of the author's experience.
The first 75 pages were so basic that I almost gave up and then BOOM!! Pure gold! This is what every business needs.
Easy book to read and to learn from. I highly recommend it
Great book! Very reasonable way to accomplish something complex. Really enjoyed the read!

An okay book with a classic underdog story, but poorly written and heavily influenced by other stories. However, the series has potential and is worth a read.

This book is great for customer journey mapping projects, providing examples, graphics, and easy-to-follow instructions. It guides readers on planning, avoiding mistakes, and fostering customer centricity. However, some criticize the outdated approach and lack of empathy in Jim Tincher's writing.
