  • Love this!

    I have always had the round stainless fountains but needed to add an additional one because I have big dogs who drink a lot of water. I love that I can see what the water level is so I can fill it before it runs dry without having to shut it off & remove the cover to check the level. The light feature was nice to see the level when I walked through the room without turning the room lights on however the light stopped working after only a week & I can't figure out how to fix that. It's an annoying inconvenience but the unit still works with the light being broken almost immediately after purchase. It lost a star for that. The filters are easy to remove, clean & replace. I have 3 dogs & 2 cats so I do have to rinse the filters daily. They collect a lot of hair & need to be rinsed off but they're definitely doing the job they were intended to do. I do replace both filters weekly because I do have so many pets using the fountains & they're small filters & get gross pretty fast. They're cheap enough to regularly replace though.
    For the most part I'm very happy with this fountain & I love that I can see the water level with a quick glance. My dogs seem to prefer the oval shape of this one vs the round ones they have throughout the house. I just wish the light wouldn't have died so fast & that they would include directions on how to fix or replace it foe people like me who aren't savvy with those types of things. If it can be fixed I would love to know how to fix it please & I would update my review accordingly. I would be happy to give it a 5 star review IF someone could help me out with that. The only other change I would make in ALL stainless fountains would be to make the rim around the edge deeper to control the slobbery splash a little more. I had a splash resistant dish in the past but it was plastic & one of my dogs gets acne from plastic. I REALLY miss that feature as I clean the puddles around & under the stainless fountains multiple times a day.

    This is a very nice product. Easy to assemble and very quiet. My cat and dog both happy with it and I love the fact that it doesn’t seam to leak.

  • My cat loves this!

    My cat is fascinated by running water, so this was the perfect water bowl for her. She is mesmerized by the flowing water! It's nice because the water is constantly moving, so it doesn't get yucky in the bowl and it saves me from having to refill all the time. It is also less messy than a regular bowl because most of the water is underneath the top pan, so even if I bump it, it doesn't spill a lot of water on the floor. It's sleek looking and I really like the soft sound of the water flowing.

    Very minimal noise from this fountain- I like the viewing window to see the water level as well! So far so good, my cats have loved it (a little too much..)

  • Great little water fountain

    I have two dogs at home. During the summer, they drink a lot of water throughout the day. I normally get two blows ready in the morning, but it seems not enough to last for a day. This water fountain can hold 108oz of water and my little guys like to drink off of it. Thanks for the built-in filter for us Californians! If you live in California, you will know how bad the water is here. The fountain is super easy to put together, and you just add water in, connect the USB power then it's ready to go. I am not sure how will it work for bigger dogs, but for mine, it's just right!

  • Excellent fountain with easy-to-find filters

    I like this design because it’s easy to clean, easy to set up, and uses filters that aren’t proprietary or hard to find like some other fountains. The cat loves it, and I like knowing that there’s always fresh water for my little pal! Five stars!

    Despite the look, my cats actually love it, and it was easy to assemble and plug in. Looks like it'll be super easy to clean, and it's big enough for about 4 cats.

    My cat doesn't drink from a bowl like normal pets. This fountain definitely helps attract her and encourage her to drink water. I like how the water keeps flowing, which keeps it fresh. I also love the transparent window that helps monitor water levels. The operation is pretty quiet. Overall, a great value!
