It has been one of the most favorite places and the best HCMC 5 stars hotels coffee lounge for me to work outside, or chill out with my working partners/family whenever suitable from last year. The lounge ambience is so calm, chill with the appropriate...light, table and chairs varieties either for work or leisure. The air con not so cold but cool and relaxable, which is so fit with the quiet but lively of the lounge itself. The food was an amazing even Western (best burger in town, pasta and bundle choices of others) or Asian ( outstanding Vietnamese dishes like Pho, Bún Bo…. Or Korean..). Beverage with lots of options could satisfy well you from Cocktail or Mocktail, juice and unforgettable Vietnamese Cafe Sua Da (condensed milk coffee). However, I think the most vital factor of the Lounge is people. The highly trained, professional staffs (like the Supervisor Tien Tran to the bartender/barista Lan Tran and other staffs even trainees ) but so warm welcome you all the time, make me always want to come back and definitely feeling at home. My Fiancé and I had an amazing experiance here at the Lounge Sheraton hotel. Friendly and devoted that is what im thinking of about Tuyet Quynh who has served our table. She did a good job on recommanding our drink and offer us some snack....We would like to be back soon.More We would like to be back soon.
