  • Great Location for Early Flights

    Great hotel location for early flights. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Overall service at the restaurant was lacking as was the food value and taste for dinner. Our server was cold and unfriendly. Ate breakfast at the airport.

  • Functional Airport Hotel, at a Price !!

    This is a very convenient hotel, just 20 metres walk from arrivals. It is functional and clean, but nothing special at all. Staff were like robots, and restaurant poor and very over priced. Bedroom was ok, but again very expensive. You pay for convenience, which might suit the majority… but if you have time to go to the city… I would recommend that you stay downtown !!

  • This place is a dump !

    Like a lot of other marriott hotels like this one needs a renovation too …fitness center half the stuff doesn’t work…that was the main reason .guest room not a lot of outlets to plug in …room/bathroom dirty broken tub….water everywhere ……wrote hotel and they give u some excuse in mean time charge high rates ……staying somewhere else’s next month …

  • nice hotel, terrible restaurant

    The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. But there is room for a lot of improvement in the restaurant. The restaurant staff was cold and inattentive. The food was not really edible. What little I got down, I could not keep down. I would rather walk back to the airport and have anything else.

  • Nice stay overnight for connection flight

    Spent one night to take connection flight. Hotel is located right across the airport, so just walk into the airport. Nice big comfy room with all facilities. Nice desk that was comfy to get some work done. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

  • Hotel in Bad shape

    The rooms are in bad shape. They’re totally run down. Toilets really need to taken care. The towels stink. Soap dispenser broken. Tub doesn’t drain. Check in team is very good and polite. It’s very convenient if you have an morning flight. Parking is free and comfortable. Very good bar.

  • Comfortable hotel with a good breakfast

    Friendly staff at the reception and in the Restaurant Gullivers. The location is latterly in a 1 minute walk from the airport. The room was modern and newly restored. Nice large TV and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a little bit old fashion with a few traces of use.

  • Avoid this hotel

    Absolutely horrible experience. This hotel was probably built circa 500 AD and it still has the same layout and furniture. Bed was noisy, internet was slow, streaming devices not allowed, basically nothing works well. Restaurant on site has horrible service. English is barely spoken/understood. Only advantage is that is literally 2 minutes away from the check in area.

  • A Decent Hotel

    It was certainly fine- I probably would not stay here again if it were not for the location / proximity to the airport. The room was ok, but with a weird half shower door. The bed was ok, but was on wheels and slid away from the wall anytime I go in / out of it. The price was outrageous, but, again, location.

  • Brussels airport good option

    Beyond the convenience of the airport proximity (the hotel is indeed a few steps from the airport main building), the hotel is nice: very good sound insolation, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds with soft bed linens, modern bathroom and nice restaurant. Definitely a good choice among Zaventem airport hotels.
