Incredibly representative of all menstrating humans and explains every possible option and question one may have. Bonus points for being written graphic novel style and SUPER easy to read. My 9yo and I enjoyed it together.

    This guide is for girls and I was thinking of getting it for my preteen daughter but it doesn't mention "girls", "women" or "female" that I can see. Hard pass! These are not taboo words!
