A must read!

Get the book. Especially if your an ex-athlete. This thing will get you fired up and ready to get back to whatever it was that beat you down.

So my books came in about 2 days ago, and I started with this one.. BE SURE TO LOOK THROUGH THE OPTIONS AND DONT GET THE CLEAN EDITION, trust me it's what Goggins would want lol.. Just Know getting to challenge #1 but so far definitely see why it's doing so well, let's get after it

This is a great story and I enjoyed reading it. However, I don’t understand the author’s reason to use such trash language. There is rarely a page that does not include the “f” word. It gets to the point where he is using it just for fun. I would give it 5 stars if I hadn’t been covered with trashy language.

I first listened to this book on Audible. Then I immediately listened to Goggin’s second book which is also a superb read. Loved this one so much that I had to get a physical copy too. This book is for EVERYONE. I can’t imagine anything else firing a light under someone more and forcing one to reflect on themselves more than this book or any of Goggin’s speeches for that matter.

David Goggins is legend. He and his book brought me back to the childhood lessons my father taught me. He didn't call it taking souls but it was in the same spirit and outlook on life. The same ass kicking mindset that David takes, same mind over matter, the same can do attitude, the over coming vigor for destroying you internal weaknesses to destroy you outer physical weaknesses. Everything but Davids personal experiences and terminology is the same. Thank you David for writing this book and bringing me back to a lesson I forgot about years ago. Thank you and my Dad because of you both this world can't hurt me. Mad respect brother.

 I bring this book for my vacation and the book miss 33 pages !! It’s a complete joke !! Sorry but it’s the first time I saw this happening ! No book for me this week !! Rip

Nice print but there are some spelling mistakes.

Item was in perfect condition in sealed polythene

As to be expected it doesn’t come in perfect condition. It didn’t come in a box unfortunately, which resulted in it being banged up. What I didn’t expect is the marks on it. The back page (see second photo) has a prominent mark on it and there are some other not as prominent marks. Im just excited to read it. Giving it two stars for the presentation though as it is below my expectations.

This book talks about who’s David Goggins. From the tough childhood, hearing about his soon-to-be stepfather's death and then witnessing death at his school, going through TACP, then Navy Seals Hell Week three times, literally running multiple ultra-marathons on broken legs, and many more that made David who he is now. David Goggins is the definition of STAY HARD.

Good read

very descriptive and inspiring, definitely worth buying

Not one for reviews, but I felt obliged to leave one here. Hands down the best book I’ve ever read and I’d dare say might ever read. I’ve always been in and out the gym through my life, and always had the inner urge to push myself as hard as possible but always failed and never quite got to where I wanted , physically and mentally. Reading this book definitely changed that and makes me want to push past my limits every day in everything I do. David’s goggins simply is THAT GUY . STAY HARD !

a must-read item

Amazon sent it from a book seller in India and it took 3 weeks but now I see it's available next day locally. I don't understand why Amazon allow sellers to ship locally available items from distant countries.

Great read and hard to put down once you start.

David Goggins is a legend, his story is heartbreaking yet so incredible and really gives you insight into unlocking your potentially. I will buy every book he puts out. Do yourself a favor and buy this book.

It's a really really bad copy. The pages are not in the right order and in 2 days, some pages were completely detached from the books. Really bad quality.
