This is basically a planner. Very unhappy about it
Nice planner for habit tracking - we got a deal at $5. But I find that I don't use it often - I guess I'm more reliant on apps
I got this journal for my cousin for her birthday and she loves it! She said it’s really been keeping her on her toes.
Was really enjoying this planner until I tried to look ahead to February... and realized it skips from January to May. Can't return it now, because I've been writing in/using it for a month!
Based off the book by Charles Duhigg, the planner is a great way to practice what the author intended in his book. As long as you are diligent to writing down what you want to do and go through trial and error, it can help yourself proceed to change gradually. The stickers in the back of the book are a plus to have as well!
It has a few pages of instructions but there's not much room to write. I was hoping for more (my overall rating is purely based on utility (or lack thereof), it's well-bound and seems to do whatever it was advertised to do, just small with limited space and nothing to really help with HABITS.
I recently started using the Power of Habit Planner and I am extremely satisfied with its effectiveness. As someone who has struggled with maintaining consistent habits and reaching my goals, this planner has been a game-changer.
One of the things I love most about the Power of Habit Planner is its focus on building habits rather than just setting goals. It helps me break down my goals into smaller, achievable tasks and track my progress over time. This has been especially helpful for building healthy habits like exercise and meditation, as I can see the progress I'm making and stay motivated to keep going.
The planner is also beautifully designed and easy to use. It has plenty of space for writing and tracking my habits and goals, as well as inspiring quotes and prompts to keep me motivated.
Overall, I highly recommend the Power of Habit Planner to anyone who is looking to build consistent habits and reach their goals. It's a valuable tool that has truly helped me transform my life.
I get the idea of the book and tracking habits but each week what are you supposed to write in the spaces provided. There is not enough space to write what I need to there about my daily habits I tried to maintain. There should’ve been a guide on what to write in those spaces.
Also the book was poorly made. It started coming apart after a couple of days. This planner is definitely not worth buying but the book that this habit planner was built around is still a great book. Just read the book and buy a better planner.
got this for a friend's bday, she rlly rlly loved it and at first i was skeptical cause she doesnt rlly journal (no matter how many times i recommended it to her) but she actually used it ??? less gooo good bday gift lol
This planner serves as a means to jot down to-do lists, but it doesn't really keep me on track with my goals (due to personal preference). Also, the elastic band closure broke, which is annoying.
Love the book, don’t love the workbook. I really loved the actual book so I decided to get the workbook and work through each habit. There is some great information in this workbook, unfortunately it is so small and the areas to right are hard to maneuver around the coil.… Maybe my handwriting is just too big, but riding in the lines and spaces provided was so tiny that I could barely read my own writing.
I read negative reviews regarding the breakage of the rubber band, but I purchased two of them because of the reduced price. The pages suited my needs.
I like the structure of this planner, it helps me to analyze my current habits and break them.
It's just a pity how incredibly small those blank spaces are where I'm supposed to write down my thoughts while working on my habbits. Breaking habbits is an emotional journey too, and this planner needs to offer space for all the self-doubts, guilt, fear of change that will be an invetible part of our working process.
I loved that I could find this for the Teen group!
The size is too small for comprehensive planning. I didn't appreciate the bookmark elastic thingy coming unglued and popping out the first time I used it. The wire binding gets stuck which makes the pages hard to turn. The habit tracking confusing. This may work for some, but it creates more confusion and delays for me. The idea is good, but the execution is cheap and shoddy.
Overall, a well-made planner with heavier-weight paper, a large spiral, and a hardcover. Less than a month in, the elastic band for saving your place has pulled out of the hole. Not sure it can be glued or fixed, a sad issue with an otherwise-excellent 5-star planner. I had higher expectations. I've opted for a PostIt note to keep my place.
Bought this for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. She uses it daily to help her with structure to help recognize and break bad/old habits
It is hard to understand what to put in it. No instructions.
Great tool for building new habits!
I got this planner to help me bring in the new year in a new, productive way. As someone who does everything on their smartphone I wanted to see if there was a difference in using a physical calendar and planner and yes there is!
I like the layout and how this planner aims to challenge you to look at the habits in your life and shares ways to create new habits that lead to a better version of you. If you're considering getting this, do it! And commit to using it daily and weekly. I'm already seeing some positive results and it's only been a couple weeks!
All the reviews seem to be true... The cover is sturdy and bright. It's well organized and compact with lots of areas to note plans and reflect on them. And the stickers are awesome. BUT...the built-in elastic strap that is meant to secure the book when it's closed might pull free the very first time you attempt to open it. I was able to wedge the strap back inside the hole it came out of but I'm sure it won't hold permanently. Not a huge deal as it was low priced and arrived quickly. I'm 20 days into January so I opted to keep it anyway and see how it goes.
Great and simple planner! Explains the important points of changing and building habits. The planner is contructed in a way to actively keep up with your habits. Love it!
The product really is defective, the strap on the journal broke as soon as I tried opening the notebook. I don't have time to return it as it's a gift for someone so I had to take reglue the strap in myself (which I know will break again).
The journal is defected.
I received a copy of this journal from SourceBooks early read program. The opinions expressed are my own.
It is brightly colored and will be hard to misplace or forget. It is very well-organized, and a good size. Those who have used, or tried to use bullet or Panda journals in the past will find many similarities, already printed out for them. It has areas for yearly and monthly goals, as well as space for daily appointments. Each double-page displays a calendar for the current and subsequent months laid out for easy viewing.
It uses a different take on the "habit tracker, which takes up less space and confines us to 8 habits, preventing overload.
There are quotes from Charles Duhigg's book, but no room for additional quotes, thoughts, etc. There is a yellow space at the top of each weekly page where you could put it if that is your style or preference.
There is a great little section at the end of each week for "Habit reflection," lending an opportunity to review the week and make adjustments going into the next week.
There are a few pages of stickers at the back of the journal which may be helpful, handy reminders as well as self-pep talk.
This journal is for 2022, which is still some months away. I think I will enjoy using this rather than trying to build my own bullet journal from scratch, again. I will make a note in the journal to check back in...
Thanks so much to early reads program from Sourcebooks for my gifted book. This is a very well made, sturdy book with a hefty cover and thick pages which makes it ideal for everyday use. What I like that is different about it is that each week there is a journal section with questions for the user, a good way to stay on track with goals and positive thoughts. I found it super simple to read and like the continuing question of what worked this week, and what didn't? It gives the user an outlet to write down their challenges and helps form a good habit of reflection each week.
I chose a free copy of this through the early reads program and was pleased with what I received. The planner is a convenient size for tucking into a purse or laptop bag on the go. It’s got a nice about of space for writing and flexibility for how it’s used.
This planner is perfect for me, I'm fairly picky with how my daily/monthly planners are laid out and broken down. This one has just enough blank space to write in a fair amount and the line spacing is just right, not too much or too little. I can see myself getting good use out of this habit tracker next year!
I haven't read the book this habit planner is based off of yet, but I definitely intend too!
Thanks so much Early Reads via Sourcebooks for the 2022 Power of Habit Planner to review.
I received a copy of this through Sourcebooks Early Reads so I thank them for this product.
As a huge fan of Charles Duhigg's book, I plan to use this seemingly useful planner in 2022.
I'll begin reviewing January in earnest when it gets to be December. From what I can tell at a glance, this planner/journal will be very useful.
I've read a few books on habits this year, and while I haven't read the one this planner is based off of (yet!--Charles Duhigg's "The Power of Habit"), I already love this planner and fully plan to check out its source material!
The bright colors are cheery and eye-catching, seemingly on point with _The Power of Habit_'s branding. I love the framework at the beginning; super helpful and really fleshed out what I recall reading in other habits-based books, like _Atomic Habits_. Graphics and white space really help me as a reader to bring it all together and take my planning to the next level.
And frankly, I love that each day is just "white space" rather than broken out by hour. This gives me personally a lot more flexibility to use the planner how I wish, which may change over the course of the year. The weekly reflections and monthly goals--how fantastic these two are different!--are easy to engage with and not rocket science ... a nice change compared to other planners I've started and failed with, and material I don't have to think too hard about--which makes me super happy. I'm really intrigued by the habit loop and look forward to experimenting with rewards over the course of each month, along with examining cues.
I received a copy of the book from the publisher. All opinions are my own.

Mixed reviews on a skincare essence, with some users experiencing breakouts and others seeing positive effects such as hydration and improved skin texture. The product is praised for its affordable price and the amount of product you get. However, it may not be suitable for those with sensitive or oily skin, and it has been known to trigger fungal acne in some individuals. Overall, results vary depending on the user's skin type and concerns.

These protein bars are a great value and taste delicious, although some customers have complained about them being stale. The packaging has also been criticized for being damaged and inviting tampering. Despite these issues, the bars are still a popular choice for a quick and convenient snack. The variety pack offers a good selection of flavors, and the bars provide a satisfying and filling option for on-the-go consumption.
