A review of the Fletcher Hotel in Wolfheze highlights its peaceful location in the woods and the various amenities offered, such as an indoor swimming pool and tennis court. The rooms are clean but a bit outdated. The hotel is a good value for the money and is recommended for those interested in exploring the surrounding nature and cycling routes.

Enjoyable stay at this hotel during a Battlefield Tour. Nothing whatsoever to complain about. Food was nice and professionally served but resturant meals here are a bit on the expensive side... For my main meal, I chose a Risotto dish, which I would have enjoyed all the more had the quantity been a little larger (and I am not a "big eater"). Little opportuniy to eat elsewhere due to its out-of-town location, unless a taxi is ordered. But I would happily stay stay here again - would just allow a bigger budget for evening meals.
This a beautiful modern hotel set in the wooded hills just outside the city of Arnhem. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. There is an indoor swimming pool. The restaurant is excellent as is the buffet breakfast. Being Holland the staff speak fluent English. Secure lock-up for bicycles.
Went with 6 people to the Fletcher hotel in Wolfheze. All accomodations are ok, nice indoor swimming pool, nice tennis court. Enjoyed the cycling routes in the area. This Fletcher hotel is good value for your money,
We returned yesterday from a short break at the Fletcher's Wolfheze, where we'd been based during a Leger's Battlefield Tour of Arnhem and the Rhine Crossings. The hotel was excellent in all key respects, though more English translations of menus etc - in a hotel quite full of English speakers - would have been useful. Our room was quite spacious, with an excellent and reasonably private balcony overlooking Wolfheze forest. We stayed at the hotel on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfasts proved to be excellent in every respect, with a wide choice available, and some superb scrambled eggs! We also partook of food in the evenings, and can recommend the 'Holland tapas' offerings in particular. On two evenings, we made use of the indoor pool and sauna facilities. The hotelâŚ
A very good experience, great site in the woods. A 1-person bedroom with a good bed. Staff is friendly and knows how to give you a welcome-feeling. Diner was tasteful, breakfast-buffet simple but enough.
I booked this hotel last minute due to a Airbnb gone wrong. I stayed here for three nights. It is an absolute gem of a hotel in a beautiful environment. Lovely bar, nice restaurant, good rooms. All good. Nice for walks in the area and close to shops etc. Totally worth a visit. Iâll be back! One small comment. Housekeeping was a tiny bit sloppy and forgot my laundry in the room and also forgot some cleaning products in the bathroom. However the room was spotlessly clean.
We were lucky with the nice november weather,to enjoy a wonderfull colorfulll fall. There was a diffrence in kindness between the people at the front desk. We were disappointed that this 4 star hotel had no small refrigarator/ nore of course minibar. No safe! There was possibility to make The or coffee, no microwave either like in some other hotels we already attained with 4 stars. It looked to us the hotel needed urgently a make over. Old carpets, strange heating systems and we had, although clean ,mouldy spots between the tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast , restaurant and bistro were nice. We had a good time, slept very well. Nice save accomodation for our bikes. Nice integrated in the forest from wich you can make nice walksor biking trips. The swimming pool is used by peopleâŚ
We stayed at the Hotel Wolfheze with a group of 10 friends for a over night stop. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome The hotel is beautiful , good size bedroom , food excellent and when we left our documents in our room after checking out -we contacted the reception ,who Thankful found them and had them sent to us first class -what a service - We would strongly recommend a stay .Thank you so much for our stay .
Really nice hotel, I had a single room which was impeccably clean and pleasant. English channels on the TV were a nice touch too. Staff absolutely lovely and incredibly friendly, Iâm vegetarian and waitress was really keen to help me find something on the menu as it was in Dutch. Itâs a little out of the way, taxi into town distance, around 4-5 miles ish. Beautiful wooded location and be great for an explore but I didnât have time. I read the comments re drinks prices and yes a small beer is about âŹ3.50, and a G&T cost me âŹ10.50 which is extortion. That said, we went into Arnhem for the evening and it wasnât much cheaper anywhere, so drinks prices in Holland are just simply expensive. Waitress nearly had a coronary when I said I could get a cheap UK pint for ÂŁ2 lol âŚ
An excellent hotel situated in woodland. Clean well laid out rooms, all rear facing (I think) with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Good restaurant with a varied menu, excellent food and well presented. Good bar serving a good selection of beers, spirits and wines. Very friendly staff. Indoor pool.

Despite recent renovations, this hotel leaves a fresh impression. The sink was clogged and the curtains did not block sunlight. The rooms have air conditioning, but the breakfast was basic. Some issues with check-in and security were reported. Overall, the hotel is cheap and cheerful but has room for improvement.

NH Brugge is a convenient base for exploring Belgium, with easy access to train stations and nearby attractions. While some guests had complaints about the condition of the rooms and amenities, others praised the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and comfortable beds. The hotel's location on the edge of the center allows for a quieter stay, but still within walking distance of the main sights. Overall, the hotel provides a satisfactory experience for visitors to Brugge.
