  • I can't get over the incident that happened yesterday!

    The hotel just let a total stranger walk in and steal from a guest. No supervision, no safety measures. How can a guest trust to stay in such a place where he sleeps at night and has his valuable belongings with him. Highly not recommended!!!!!

  • Really not the best at all

    Garbage. Service in the restaurant is appalling. Staff simply don’t care. Never stay there again. Oh and it actually smell of sewers! The lifts were broken (two out of three unusable) and the a/c in the room was ineffective. Breakfast was good.

    all nice, except restaurant; too small and long waiting time. nice room large parking (little expensive) good isolated rooms (street noice), confortable and clean bathroom, nice view over the city of Antwerp, the proud of many!

  • Excellent except highway noise

    The room was very clean and very well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Check in and out were vey easy and fast. Reception has organized the taxi very fast. Unfortunately the rooms have not been isolated against the continuous 24 hours highway noise.

    Good sized room, Free Water (still and sparkling), nice shower, good location (convenient for transport), excellent friendly staff. dislikes: Pool was not working and paid parking when there is so much free street parking next to the hotel

  • Perfect for business trip

    Perfect location, close to the highway and 10 minutes to the Antwerp center (bars and restaurants). You will also have the opportunity to relax in Swimming pool or fitness room Continental breakfast excellent, comfortable and clean room.

  • Never again.

    No hot water in our part of the Hotel and our bathroom had not been cleaned properly. We asked for a refund and went to another hotel. We were particularly upset because the staff knew of the hot water problem but didn't warn us.

  • Nice hotel with large rooms, swimming pool, Sauna and Gym.

    Rooms are just renovated and lots of space. Enough machines in the gym to do your exercises. Also the pool invites for relaxation and if you like to have it warm, Sauna is also available. Receptionist is always of help.

  • Make-over needed

    The hotel is very old, with very outdated rooms and, as a result, a lot of noise pollution from the passing cars and lorries driving on the ring road nearby. Fortunately, the hotel has a friendly reception and an extensive breakfast buffet… but an expensive parking.

  • Nice stay

    I had a nice stay at the hotel with my husband en kids. Swimming pool, service en the breakfast where very good! We defiantly are coming back again. The rooms are big enough en the view is also nice!!!
