    I'm someone in my 30s and I use these during certain times of the month due to medical reasons and honestly I love them. I feel protected, they can handle a lot of fluid, they have a soft scent and are comfortable. Im a size 18 jeans and although they are a bit snug I prefer s/m over the large Which I felt were too loose in some areas. If you are a size 18 and have a rounder figure around the bottom I wouldn't go with this size though. They are snug like underwear but this size sits under my belly not over. Hope this helps someone.

    This used to be a good product . Material is cheap and flimsy. The pad lumps up and shifts . Irregular sizes . Sometimes the right size sometimes huge . Easily torn . Very disappointed

      First of all, these are enormous. I've always used extra large, but these are high waisted briefs with frills around the leg holes, which is nonsensical. The pad is also extra wide, so it bunches far more than other versions of this product. It feels bulky and it is absolutely detectable outside of your clothes.

      And it leaks. There is no excuse for leakage from this product. The absorbency isn't the issue; it's those leg-hole frills and the extra wide pad. Because of the way they bunch up, liquid collects in a part of the item that isn't meant to be absorbent. Absolutely awful.

      Very effective. I use these for a 99 year old person with incontinence and so far they have been holding all bodily waste liquid and solid inside of the underwear without allowing it to spread anywhere else. So it saves a lot of problems and doesn’t amplify the problems that are already existing when you have to clean the patient.

      Very pretty, excellent fit, extremely comfortable, fit well without cutting into skin or leaving any sign of panty lines.
