      it’s not very soft but it’s not itchy so i can definitely make a blanket or sweater with the yarn. It’s thicker than i thought it would be and i’ve been using a size 6 hook. I’m pretty disappointed that i came a crossed two tied piece not to far in that are really close together. i’m really hoping i don’t find to many in all the other yarns

      Placed the order for this yarn. It was perfect width. & not too itchy, for the crochet project my ma, was gonna crochet. Arm rest cover for our peeling couch. Will order another 6 for our couches back! Unbeatable price for the 3 beats even walmart! N its a bonus its way too hot in our city to drive out to the ever remodeling stores!

      I ordered bothe light and dark raspberry I received all light. I went a head and kept all because I knew I would be able to use it.
      I had to order a different brand and really like it because it is softer.

      This is the worst yarn I have ever received from Red Heart. It is so hard it feels as if you are crocheting with twine. No 4 ply here. I have no choice but to use it or I won't be able to finish my project. I can't match the colors to what I have already used with a different brand. I don't like to mix different brands of yarn anyway. The colors are never matched correctly. Red Heart is cheating their customers out of good money. I will going to another brand altogether. Rubbish!!!!!! Good bye Red Heart.

      Mostly Top scores for online shopping for Red Heart yarn. I gave it one star less on value for the money because I can get it cheaper in person. I've used Red Heart yarn for decades. One thing I like is that I can split the yarn into separate strands without too much trouble - just takes time and patience. I love to blend my own color combinations. When I make a blanket for a loved one, I like to use a blend of their favorite colors. So the 'splitabilty'...lol, and the variety of colors has kept me coming back to Red Heart.
