  • Stops working after 12 months

    Caution: the headset will start to fail just after a year. Mine will scramble my voice while I’m talking, preventing me from communicating.

  • Short life on microphone

    I bought these feeling confident with Razer's reputation in gaming gear. Shortly after buying them a friend was surprised I bought them. He told me they had been having problems with the mic. Well, it happened to me, too. I received mine on June 11 and by November 6 I was having problems talking to friends while gaming. Gaming headphones are stupid expensive. I don't know why, but for the money we spend I'm often disappointed at the lack of reliability. I would understand if I mistreated them, got angry and threw them or spilled drinks on them, but I handle these things with care and caution every time I use them. I'm just upset that there's no coverage after such a short time.

    I would understand if I didn't take care of them, but these are in great condition: not a sign of wear anywhere in them. I can't recommend them if you plan on using the microphone.

  • TERRIBLE VOICE QUALITY

    This headset is uncomfortable and the sound quality that the microphone puts out is absolute garbage. It presses up against my left ear and is really annoying. On top of that when i first got the headset all of my friends said it sounds like im on my phone. They said it sounds horrible. Tried adjusting the settings on my computer but no luck.
    Maybe i got a defective headset idk but i would NOT recommend this headset to anyone.
    Waste of $150. I should of got another pair of astros instead..

    i've had these for a year now they were good while it lasted but it lasted for a year the foam part of the ears fell off and the left side sound is going out i barely have them on a loud sound. i wouldn't repurchase this item again it.

  • Charging port sucks

    The charging port is an inferior micro usb which is very fragile. Give it around 4-5 months and it will eventually break. To safe a few pennies per headset they cheaped out on the connector and didn’t get usb-C.
