Ranktracker: An SEO Tool with Mixed Reviews

Seems to be a scam.I paid for credits to use on the platform but the service didn't work.We've now opened a dispute in Paypal and will leave a few more reviews on the main platforms to warn other people to avoid these people.

I purchased a lifetime deal from appsumo, and they revoked access. According to appsumo, Ranktracker BROKE their contract, and has not given me access to my account.

Is there a way to give a lower score? One star is too many for a company that doesn't understand the meaning of worthiness.I purchased a Lifetime deal for this product on Appsumo, but this company does not know what lifetime means.They decided to break their word, close the gate on us, and not allow us to use the app anymore.They used our money to develop the app and strengthen their finances at the beginning of their journey, but then, they decided to bite the hand of those of us who believed in the project.Betrayal and dishonesty are the core values of this company.They should have, at least, granted access to the app as established in the lifetime deal or refund the money, as a bare minimum.

I'm a paid user, and my account has been locked. The support team, on top of being very unfriendly, request me to pay $80 to get access to their support. This is a complete scam. Don't trust this company!

Avoid! These guys are scamming their users. After investing in a lifetime deal, they suddenly require I pay for support yearly. I'm locked out of the software and cannot even use it if I don't pay. Also won't answer any emails regarding this, while spamming me with emails asking me to "invest" in them. These guys are not to be trusted, so I say; avoid avoid avoid.

They downgraded a Lifetime Deal product to a subscription product. I paid my full price, only to be scammed into a subscription. Their behaviour is totally against all type of good manner, they don't answer to support. I do no recommand.

He tried to extract extra money from users who had the full right to use his product, violating his own deal. When asked about this, he said the upgrade is optional; however if you don’t upgrade you cannot use the product at all.Unfortunately there is no doubt he is aware of this, as the founder personally replied to my questions and confirmed that to fix the block that they added you have to pay more, despite the lifetime deal.Ranktracker was a good product when it worked. Unfortunately, in case you are still interested to purchase it - even just as a subscription - you need to be aware that they changed terms for previous users and will most likely try to overcharge you sooner or later, regardless of the deal you purchased. What happened speaks clearly about their ethics.Personally, I cannot trust this company anymore and I would not recommend anyone to do so.

Ranktracker is a hidden gem amongst umpteen number of softwares that give SEO data, especially as compared to costly alternatives like SEMRush & Ahrefs, which even given incorrect data for eg Traffic data is always incorrect with SEMRush & Ahrefs.The width & depth of their data is so awesome & the quality of product with all features in one tool - keyword finder, serp checker, backlink checker, web audit, seo checklist.I had bought their appsumo lifetime deal and also upgraded later because I onboarded more clients, all thanks to using Ranktracker's data.

Bought the app when they launched their lifetime deal on Appsumo. The app had its up and downs, but I considered it to be good and helpful for its features. The founder's attitudes were mixed, helpful, and friendly sometimes and very rough other times about community feedback. They tried Fundraising, offering special offers and everything they could think of to get some MRR. Probably they did but then they are forcing the old Lifetime deal users behind a paywall with a yearly cost. I think the cost could be reasonable, but as early supporters, that's not what we paid for. Last, they are trying to bring honest reviews down to avoid their reputation to lower. To be honest, not a true professionalism from this company. In 2 words : STAY AWAY.

It's puzzling to me because my review, along with other negative reviews, clearly outlined the problem. In fact, I even included screenshots when I initially reached out to them for assistance before posting my review. So, I'm not sure why there is any confusion on their part.This response further strengthens my belief that Rank Tracker is intentionally manipulating the flagging system on TrustPilot. It is interesting to note that they claim not to recognize my email on TrustPilot, despite it being the same email I use with Rank Tracker.I replied to their email within five minutes of getting his email, since then, Rank Tracker has gone completely silent. It's disappointing to see that TrustPilot allows this kind of behavior to continue.----------------------------------------------------------Scam!!! Stay away!Purchased a lifetime deal through Appsumo and now they are forcing to pay annual charge for support to be able to use the service.I guess this is what you get when you help Ranktracker to get started but only for them to give you the shaft later as a thank you.Just got a request for more information from RankTracker.
