First time ordering, I loved everything I received, the quality of the items were great, my only gripe was I had ordered two boxes of cake glassware one of which I intending giving as a gift but sadly as the boxes weren't put in another packaging box the box got completely ruined with marks and dents all over I can no longer give it as a gift. I did call customer service and later that day I received an email, even though technically my problem isn't resolved I feel grateful for the politeness and concern, hopefully now that they are aware of this issue it will make it better for the next person. Overall I'm impressed and will definitely be ordering again and will be sure to send an email or something so this won't happen again. The swift response and kind concern of this company makes me want to continue purchasing from them. Well done Karaca for being different from the rest
