Panasonic AC Review: Good Cooling but Room for Improvement

Writing this review after 1.5 month of usage. Performance of the product is amazing. Gets my room around 150 Sq feet quickly even if outside temperature is 40. This is feature rich product having mobile connectivity and can be controlled through Alexa.
Would have given 5 stars if delivery had been right. Product was delivered with missing pipes and tunes. I had to pay it myself and claim refund from Amazon. Although the amount was refunded by Amazon however it added additional work for me.
No issues with the product.

Less Watt consumption. Very effective in cooling

Installation was good. They took Rs.1450 for installation. And Rs.600 for the 3 m wire. Total Rs. 2050. I am from Andhra Pradesh. I repalced the blower because of sound problem (warranty). Other than that it is worth the price. Convertible mode is excellent. It just consumes 0.6 unit in one hour with convertible mode 40 which is the lowest.

There's no issue in the AC itself. It's a very good AC with perfect airflow and cooling.
The only cons are the display light is too bright for night in bedtime and there is no option to turn it off from remote. From Miraie app it can be turned off. Also the alexa skill is not present for this AC. Hence, alexa control is not working.

Very Good Product.

The only thing bothered me at the starting is the order delay i ordered it on 23 and they delivered me on 29 june but delivery boys drop the parcel in my room.

coming to ac
so you guys will not recieve any cord with this ac model to connect indoor unit to your stablizer or mcb unit the technician bring with them and charged me for 90rs meter but as i have my stablizer so i just needed 2 meter...
installation guys were good but not that much professional...and guys don't forget to vaccum your ac before they transfer gas...as they were saying it is not needed because it is time consuming process they avoid it and you have to suffer so just ask them to bring vaccum machine with them.
coming to ac panasonic does a marvelous job this year this ac is full of features i was bit confuse between lg and panasonic but i go for panasonic because it has more cooling capacity of 5100 this means this 1.5 ton ac has actual capacity of 1.45 ton unlike Lg brand which is selling 1.3ton ac in name of 1.5 ton just to get ISEER value and low power consumption.
and panasonic is giving wifi support alexa support but you will need a wifi of2.4 ghz you can't connect with same phone hotspot in which you are using miraie app.
now coming to cooling...it does a wonderful job likely 1.5 ton ac is sufficient for 180 sq ft room but believe me i am using it in 200 sq ft and it chills the room in 15 minutes. so for me not a problem ...
the thing i hate the panasonic service i have to do several call by myself to register for a installation/demo even after i didn't receive a call from their technician so i have to take the number of service centre and from their they assigned a technician on several call then they give me technician contact..such a pathetic service..
4 star for ac but 0 star for panasonic services

Not giving proper cooling , small brands are giving better cooling than this ac ..waste of money don't buy

The AC unit is working very well under all circumstances. I’ve been using this AC for past 3 months. It worked well during hot summer even under low voltages. In my location there is frequently voltage dip. However, I observed, there is no need to install voltage stabilizer separately, unless the voltage dips below specified limit. The mobile app to connect to AC wirelessly didn’t work for me as I didn’t find the App in Apple App Store. Thus, I couldn’t use the smart features of this unit.
The only problem I’ve faced is related to installation service. There is water leakage from drainage pipe and it leads to damp wall in my bedroom. The installation was not done properly especially the drainage pipe installation. The technician also didn’t bring extra pipe and therefore added extra PVC pipe that was bought from local shop. The hole in the wall was also not covered properly with white cement leading to this problem.
In a nutshell, the AC is excellent in any condition and I’ve no complaint with the AC unit.

The worst and the most third class service I have ever received from the service provider. They did incomplete installation so far. I have repeated called the service provider but they are unresponsive. I have used ACs from LG, Voltas, Hitachi and Blue star before. But I have never encountered such bad service from the service provider. I am surprised to see how the brand like Panasonic is providing the service like this. I never recommend to buy this product with such irresponsible service provider.

Remote usage is so bad I've never used auto sleep, wifi type features in 3 seasons..

It doesn’t come with copper pipes that’s mentioned in the description . I saw other reviews it’s really disappointing that Panasonic continues to show without pipes . I can’t replace it now after installation . Paid extra for pipes . Please avoid this thought ac itself is good . Remote is made of average plastic and ting button . Expected better quality

The guys came for installation was not an engineer. Only local AC technician. They didn't have any tape n

The finishing of the product is not good as i can see a gap between the swings but overall the product is superb i am happy with the purchase. I will recommend this product.
