However, there are some issues with breakfast service and housekeeping. The location is not central but can be accessed by tram. Overall, it offers value for money.

  • Lovely hotel but rooms a bit small for family of 4 two adults and 2 children

    Lovely hotel, well run, lovely breakfast and very clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday, but I'm not sure they knew how many of us were staying as I always had to ask for towels, but this very very quickly sorted. Fridge in room was brilliant. Lovely gardens with pool and play equipment for children

    Lovely emplacement, accessible by public transport, but poor servicing at the desk on arrival, mattress see 4 urself, pillows not comfortable....mosquitoes stains on the walls ceiling blinds.........

  • nice hotel

    A nice hotel with good rooms. large bathroom. the breakfast is good and offer you a lot of food. you will find for sure something which is also o.k. for you. the guests which like sunny side up eggs are not happy as you can't get it there for breakfast. very good the parking space which is large.

    Nice Place Well located Close To Place. Nice Rooms and Good bar. Delicious breakfast. Close To rotterdam and Easy To reach. I would suggest it for Business trip. Quite and clean place. Pool available for relax

  • Excellent Hotel to Stay

    Stayed here for 5 nights in a superior room which I think is there basic room for €119 a night including breakfast. Food good on site but limited menu. Service is excellent and all staff are friendly and genuine.

  • A hidden Gem

    worth a visit and you will meet a friendly staff, there is ample parking and the restaurant is well stocked, the coffee machines are an automated Barista. i would recommend it for someone travelling to destinations in Den Haag, Rotterdam and points in between

  • Professional and flexible

    Good hotel to stay for business purposes. As business traveler, try to avoid the weekends when the hotel changes into a tourist / family hotel with loads of kids running around everywhere. This was the first time I stayed there during a weekend and will not do that again.

  • Restaurant not Ok

    6 year ago the restaurant was out of control. Up To 2 hours waiting for the dishes. Then it has much improved. But during my last stay, it went wrong again. Order not tranFerred To the kitchen. Hopefully, actions will be taken to avoid a complete lost of control.

    Staff is young but friendly Rooms are standard novotel... not really cosy feeling though... Not much noises, so ok Bathroom, bit small, not much room on the toilet. Shower ok Big parking Breakfast very standard... can improve a bit Overall it felt like a standard novotel, not offering anything special or distinctive.

  • Quick night stay but great experience!

    We spent just the evening and night here during a weekend, but I was very happy with the room. A pretty good size, a mini bar, great decor, bathrobe and slippers and everything that’s required. The bathroom is alright but could be more modern suiting the decor of the room. But a great place for a weekend stay.
