  • Another agreeable stay

    We stayed here 2 or 3 times before. Very well located in the city centre, easy access to restaurants, clean, good beds, extensive breakfast, good shower, parking garage below the hotel. We had a pleadant stay.

  • nice hotel with good service

    the hotel is centrally located,near shops and restaurants, we took diner in the hotel :friendly staff and good dishes for moderate price.The rooms are very nice and big. The choice for the breakfast was ok

  • No complaints.

    Everything was ok. I have no complaints. The room was nice and quitfull. Breakfast : ok. When i go back to Mechelen, i will be staying again in Novotel Mechelen. Mechelen is a very nice city to visit.

    I stay here for 3 days and its good. The receptionist was friendly,i have a delicious breaksfast,nice location also.Nice bed but need to improve the cleanliness a lot of dust and few tissue under the bed..

    good bread is rare? why not a few times smokend salmon? All the rest is perfect ok and fresch,the service is impeccable. The room is perfect and the bed is perfect,difficult to leave. the cleaning teame is the best.

    The staf make is it worthed ! the Only Shame of the hotel is the constant changing of rules! Everytime Its changing ! I come already A few years And it is A Bit confusing! More suits need it also Spa Or relax place need it !

    This is a very good hotel. Great location in the center of Mechelen. Very good breakfast. Nice and clean room. Very friendly staff. A quick check in and check out. We recommend this hotel higly. 10/10

  • Ok but...

    Central place with clean standard rooms and good offers. Receptionist was simply unbearable to check out not listening and acting with annoyed mood: customer must be handled much better than this!!!! Next time we will try other place

  • Very nice hotel

    This hotel is within walking distances to the center of the city The room was very nice and comfortable with great air conditioners The breakfast was expensive so we didn’t eat there We had an executive room which was nicely decorated
