  • Wouldn't recommend

    The lady at reception was very pleasant. There is very noisy building work going on which we hadn't been informed about. Room very tired and dated. Bathroom smells. Sheets don't cover the whole mattress, so had to remake the beds. Close to a tram stop and food places.

  • Nice hotel

    High level service from the reception. We came early, our room was ready, so we could check in before we went to the city centre. Located just a little outside the city, but you can take the tram for free and it stops near the hotel. You can also walk trough a nice park, it takes about half an hour. The room was very lovely and modern with rain shower in the bath. Friendly staff in the restaurant for dinner. Good breakfast.

  • Great Staff, Nice Rooms

    Went for a convention event. We were treated very well. Staff were awesome. Room could have a more functional bathroom. Kitchen was very good. Bar was well stocked. Rooms were clean. Family friendly hotel. Will return.

  • great place to stay in Luxembourg

    Great place to stay in Luxembourg if you want ot be close to both the EU institutions and the city center. Friendly service, spacious rooms, good bar, gym, tram and bus service, one block from the Mudam museum and the Philharmony.

  • Great staff makes a difference!

    You could say it’s just a hotel, because it is. Big rooms but nothing fancy. Good breakfast, lots of choices but the thing that really makes this hotel special and top class is it’s staff-especially the ones at the reception! They are just great and the main reason why I will choose this hotel again next time!

  • functional, not more

    we stayed at the Novotel for 4 nights over Easter. Price of room was ok, but that is most likely because everything in the hotel is functional. No mini bar, have to go to the reception area to buy a drink or snack. Slippers are "for rooms on the executive floor only"..... an amount 30% higher than the room price for your stay is debited from your card on check-in, and refunded upon check out if you didn't have in room drinks or else.... find that pretty unreasonable...

  • Convenient location in Luxembourg

    The hotel is conveniently located near the European Convention Center and a short walk to a train stop. Trains and buses are free throughout the entire city and so everything seems near because of the station nearby. It’s a 10 minute travel by taxi from the airport. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was great, love the breads especially the croissants!

    Good location, next to tram station. Room sizes are nice (though overall still feels high in price than value, as rooms are overall average). Good breakfast and room dinning services. Limited options for vegetarian and vegan though. Overall nice stay.

  • I recommend this hotel!

    What a great stay we had. The people who work there are amazing! So kind and helpful! The rooms are super clean and the rooms are big. They also have a parking lot so very convenient if you have a car. Trams are less than 5 min away. And you are in luxembourg city center in 10min! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Novotel Kirchberg!

  • Good hotel and service with great location next to tram

    Good facilities and service which let us check in early and check out late. Also, breakfast was good and they allowed us to use their microwave. Also, the location is great because it is next to a tram stop and has a small shopping centre next to it. The only negatives were that the pillows were not great and the childrens play area was a bit disappointed compared to what we expected (see the pictures).
