  • One night stay

    We stayed here as part of a Trafalgar Tour great hotel in an excellent location with easy access to numerous bars and restaurants. Good rooms with comfy beds and great breakfast, staff were very accommodating.

  • Good. Not my favorite.

    We stayed here as part of a a tour group. The room was great, the staff good, and the breakfast was just ok. Not because of the food, but because of the amount of people trying to eat at the same time. It was in a decent location, I’d prefer to be in the center of town vs near the bus stop .

  • Perfect stay

    Located in a good neighborhood this hotel has a traditional lobby and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The rooms are big enough and quiet. We could go and visit the whole beautiful city of Bruges by walking. The reception staff was very nice.

  • Return visit to this lovely hotel

    Traditional hotel in good location close to underground car park at T’zand square. Lovely spacious room and very comfortable bed make for a very good night’s sleep Kettle for tea and coffee in room Polite and helpful staff Have stayed here several times and would definitely return

  • Lovely hotel near the Centre of Brugge

    We got upgraded to a suite at this hotel, and this room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel was very close to the centre of Brugge, and within walking distance of everything, even the underground car park and train station. Staff were brilliant. We didn’t have breakfast here, as we wanted to explore other eating options in the town.

  • Location, location, location!

    Amazing location!! Hotel is old, but room was clean & sufficient, bed comfy, pleasant staff. Breakfast was varied & plentiful. Oh, but the location - absolutely outstanding!! We strolled along the beautiful streets, stopping in a few small shops (so much delicious chocolate!!), and just admiring all the beauty of Bruges.

  • Don't believe them when they say they have a family room with 4 beds

    Hotel website will tell you that they have rooms with 4 beds, and you can confirm it at the pre-check-in online, but when you arrive they will say that they have "never" had four beds in a room. Where I come from we call this a "bait and switch" and it is illegal. Apparently not in Belgium, but now you've been warned.

  • Lovely hotel

    Stayed here for 3 nights this last weekend. Nice hotel located on the other side of the square with bar/restaurants on the other side. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. My only gripe was that there wasnt too many plug sockets. Would recommend this hotel.

  • Does the job and reasonable location

    We stayed one night at this hotel and it is well located just outside town . Hotel is adequate but very tired - everything from the decor to the carpets needs a bit of a refresh . The staff are nice and so it’s a fine place to base to tour the charming city of Bruges .

  • 4-star hotel with fungus in the room and worn out furniture

    You pay the price of 4 stars hotel but the conditions are worst than 1 star hotel. I got a room with fungus around the windows, worn out furniture, bad bathroom and hard to configure room temperature. I have pictures for all my claims
