  • Perfect stay

    Located in a good neighborhood this hotel has a traditional lobby and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The rooms are big enough and quiet. We could go and visit the whole beautiful city of Bruges by walking. The reception staff was very nice.

  • Good. Not my favorite.

    We stayed here as part of a a tour group. The room was great, the staff good, and the breakfast was just ok. Not because of the food, but because of the amount of people trying to eat at the same time. It was in a decent location, I’d prefer to be in the center of town vs near the bus stop .

  • One night stay

    We stayed here as part of a Trafalgar Tour great hotel in an excellent location with easy access to numerous bars and restaurants. Good rooms with comfy beds and great breakfast, staff were very accommodating.

  • Return visit to this lovely hotel

    Traditional hotel in good location close to underground car park at T’zand square. Lovely spacious room and very comfortable bed make for a very good night’s sleep Kettle for tea and coffee in room Polite and helpful staff Have stayed here several times and would definitely return

  • Does the job and reasonable location

    We stayed one night at this hotel and it is well located just outside town . Hotel is adequate but very tired - everything from the decor to the carpets needs a bit of a refresh . The staff are nice and so it’s a fine place to base to tour the charming city of Bruges .

  • 4-star hotel with fungus in the room and worn out furniture

    You pay the price of 4 stars hotel but the conditions are worst than 1 star hotel. I got a room with fungus around the windows, worn out furniture, bad bathroom and hard to configure room temperature. I have pictures for all my claims

  • Lovely central hotel

    Brugge is a beautiful city and this hotel was well located in the centre The bar was very handy to have that last drink before you retire. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back to this wonderful city.

  • Great Location

    location is excellente, very close to the center of brugge and a few steps to the bus station and 10 min walk to the train station. The rooms are normal, heat does not work in my room so in cold season is not very warm. Breakfast is good.

  • I will be back!!

    It is an excellent hotel. Friendly people at the front desk and even the housekeeping and the bar people were willing to help. Walking distance from the train station and from the main attractions. Great location.

  • Charming place, charming hotel

    Well located hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms, everything perfect. The city is amazing. Paid parking conveniently located a few meters: you can leave your car in the parking and visit the city on foot.
