The unit kept deflating while I was wearing it. I guess it pays to read the constructions (or is that subscriptions, HMM?). Anyhow after you inflate it, you need to squeeze the rubber tube and move a check ball from a pocket into the tube to prevent air from escaping. Then it holds air perfectly.

I've had bouts of Dropped Head Syndrome. There's a good description of it on Wikipedia. It's very painful; especially at the end of the day when you've been utilizing your neck a lot. You can see from the picture there is something underneath it. It's a heated, vibrating neck wrap; works great. It's USB powered. So I rigged up a holder for a USB battery pack; you can see the string and velvet bag. Makes a person pretty mobile. Later duds, I mean dudes...

A typical hard mechanical traction device does not work for me because my neck muscles are so tender 24/7, 365 days a year. I was anxious to try this. It is moderately effective. It fits well, it expands easily, holds the air well, but takes a few minutes to get on and off. Physical Therapy suggested 15 minutes ON at a time, a few times a day. Like I said, it takes a few minutes to get on and off, so generally I only use it once a day. Best thing is it is soft and does not pinch or poke my neck muscles, so it is comfortable on my neck.

Bulb falls off easily, fits only a very small neck. All it did was choke me.

Good idea. comfortable and tecchy. But all the edge seals start failing withing 24 hours. And gluing them shut does not help because as soon as you glue one area, another starts leaking. Crappy product.
