Here is my big issue the stuff that you pay for are things that people with bipolar and TBI need. Moodfit should check out emoods classic you can sync it up with Samsung and Google fit. Why can't I use the sleep and exercise data I have on my phone and import it into your app instead of me entering it in? Also in my opinion there is so much going on in the app where it could be overwhelming.
Notifications and goal tracking are buggy and clunky (have to manually mark activities as completed, have to manually start each day, notifications fire off multiple times unless you do all these manual clicks in the exact right order), and there's tons of other terrible ui/ux throughout, which ironically cause frustration. All but the most basic features are subscription only. If the app was designed better, I might consider paying for it, but instead I'm moving on to something else.
omg.. if you use some text length limit for your db in "gratitudes" or something, at least display it somewhere so we don't guess for 30 min what is wrong with our "connection" as error claims. this app was supposed to track my mood, not making it much worse. it has potential (lol), but the bugs and terrible UX make it unusable - accidentally click "back" during the input of big mood note and *poof* it's gone 🤗
So far, i love this app. I have only used the free version, but i am going to pay to get the full version as soon as i can. The only problem i have noticed is that the time marker gets confused when its around midnight and you are making an entry on your goals. Its easily corrected, but has to be done each time. I really like being able to edit the shortcuts and customize almost all the features. I showed this to my therapist and she was impressed also. Great app.
I love this app, I can't believe what a difference it has made. Having everything in one place, with reminders and goals to tick off means I am far more likely to practice good habits like getting sunlight, breathing exercises, and meditation. Being able to track moods against various parameters is also very useful. Not a miracle cure but certainly helps to encourage the habits that are known to improve mood. Paying for a year up front well worth the money. Highly recommended.
Fantastic app, helps you to set up habits around the things that support good mental health eg regular mindfulness and gratitude practices, sleep, nutrition, exercise. Allows you to add your own specific goals to these too, to track. Provides weekly and monthly summaries of your entries, and graphs of metrics (where relevant). I also use it as a quick and easy way to journal. It would be even better if it had a desktop version as well, which would be easier to enter long text into by typing.
Helpful for becoming more cognizant of my moods and mood patterns. Would be even more helpful if it didn't crash quite so often. For me personally, the most useful thing about this app is that it has helped me see that I don't feel terrible as often as it feels like I do. The terrible times just take up more head space. Doesn't really help when I am actually having a lousy time.
Love this app. I paid for the year because I wanted to track custom items . It works great and the insight graphs are awesome. I can see how any 2 tracked items compare; say mood and hours slept. The ability to customize your own trackable tasks or items sets it apart from others apps I have tried.
I have been using this app for a week for a few reasons. I felt the need to track my moods and lifestyle to notice the constant changes. MoodFit has offered a lot of helpful tools and suggestions in recording life as it comes. I actually look forward to checking in. It is not intimidating or naggy or guilt trippy in any way. I hope I can stay on task and use this app often.
I downloaded this app because I was looking for a way to take note of my mood and the factors that affect it. Moodfit does that, and has a variety of other tools that I didn't even know I would find useful. I've not been using it for long and haven't yet tried the Pro version, but I've already found the CBT thought record function useful, and the ability to customise your daily goals really helpful too.
So far I have really enjoyed this app. It is helping me to be more mindful and aware....my daily routine..my moods....helping me to take a few moments and slow down. The support is wonderful in helping and they are open to helping with ideas. It would have a 5 but there are a few points I wish were different as far as the exercise, clock feature, and nutritional components just to name something. I wish for more....always room to improve and I can't wait to see the evolution of the app.
Moodfit is an excellent app. Overall, I really like it. They had a mishap with their network for some reason, but have compensated users for the loss of use very well and I am happy overall with how they've dealt with it. The only thing I would change, would be some of the helpful comments that come up seem to be repetitious, and don't seem to vary much.
I've been using Moodfit for about 6 months and highly recommend it. It's a valuable tool in helping me manage my anxiety. I like being able to create my own shortcuts and goals and regularly use the gratitude, grounding and breathing tools. It can be buggy, but for a free app with no ads, I'm not complaining, and the customer service is great: quick, friendly and effective.
Fantastic app! Very helpful, specifically (for me) the insights/graph feature and the customizable aspects of Moodfit. It's intuitive and easy to use, and the Moodfit team was extremely responsive, proactive, and compassionate when I reached out with an app-related question. Highly recommend!

I have no negative feedback but thought it might be helpful to let you know my favourite features so far; 1. I've really connected with the little statements that pop up each time I log on. They're helpful reminders and feel like a friendly voice cheering me on. 2. Love the easy 🙂 for mood description and the tab options. It means in those moments you can't find the words or are just tired, you can simply choose a word. 3. I'm also getting alot from the articles you email me. As well as quality content, they're short so easy to take in and daily so I'm not overwhelmed with info. To sum up, really impressed with this app and finding it easy to include it in my day, so confident I can keep it going when I'm back at work again. Great job Team, thanks! 👍👏
It is a great application. No adverts. Is accustomed to your needs. Edit: Having it for this long now and honestly it's been helping out quite alot. I view every situation I come across differently and my focus has increased. If you looking for a app that keeps track of your moods and has tools(CBT,meditation etc) to combat any situation you're in or about to face. Then my friend,this app is for you!
This is a good app but it is a bit clunky, for example if I want to record more than one drink of water or more than one exercise I have to set up a separate tile for each. As a result this makes the home screen a bit 'busy', plus I couldn't reset the app when I had trouble with adding additional descriptors for the activities. Once I saved each additional description it then listed them all as one word! I do think this is a good app but as I say a little clunky to use.
Ive been using this app for just over 2 weeks at the recommendation of my therapist and it honestly been very helpful. It helped me keep my moods tracked and make sure that I've been doing my daily tasks and going outside. I'm not in a magically perfect place, but this has definitely helped. Plus, the low mood helper is actually really, well, helpful.
Some minor bugs, like if you set a daily goal and enter a mood or something else, it registers it in your history and charts, but sometimes doesn't count in your daily goals for some unknown reason. Also, even when you specify the time for registering the first mood of the day, it changes it back to the day before at 12:00 PM.
This app have great potential but there is to many glitches at the moment. If you want to keep track of meds taken, you want it correct. Meds must be a separate group with the ability to put the meds at certain time slots with a reminder that can be set to take it. Now you tick 1 med all is ticked, big problem and some no tick is saved. Please do continue with this app. Many need it.
Great to help with tracking anxiety, triggers, and for guidance to change negative thoughts. Everything is customizable to your personal needs. I've been using it every day, several times a day, since downloading. There are many kinds of tools available in addition to tracking your mood/thoughts, such as CBT and guided mindfulness audio meditations. I highly recommend this app!
I loaded this app today and I think I really like it. I would give it 5 stars, but I cannot figure out how to delete a goal that I accidentally put in. There does not seem to be any kind of a help feature or a place where I can ask questions. I did hear back from the company and they told me how to change goals but it doesn't work for me. That aside, this is a fantastic app. It helps for me to be able to see goals and I love the reminders. The mindfulness is fantastic. Highly recommemd
I think this is a really helpful tool. I deal with anxiety and this helps me deal with along with my counselor. The only thing that would make this better is if I could set the time of when my new day starts. I work at night so I can only get half of my goals done before it switches to a new day. It would be awesome if it could prompt you on what your schedule is so that the data can be more accurate otherwise it's great.
Good app to keep track of yourself. Can go back and look at your thoughts and feelings so will be using this as a journal for self reflection. Handy extra if your moods low, it gives exercises and positive assistance as well as immediate support if needed. Actually love this app and think it's really good for self awareness and personal reflection. Used the low mood support(not immediate) for the first time today and I left it content in what I wrote and the guidance given to me. Thankyou ❤
There's things that I love about this app and then there's things that need improvement like the reminders not popping up when they should be. I also find that it's easy to forget about this app because it lacks of good quality, some of the articles have been good on it. Also that it reminds you of things to get greatful for but lacks on a lot of other things like meditation. So I give it a 3 out of 5.
I've tried a lot of mood trackers and self help apps and this is genuinely one of the best of it's kind. It does many things very well when many other apps do only one. I love the customization and the ability to really dial in your preferences. And for me as an engineer, the ability to export all of your data to CSV had me like 😍 It is a free app, but I would happily pay at least $15 for an app like this.
Good app. I'd prefer if it didn't ask me EVER DAY of i want to change my goals. Mood chartings are odd -if you enter two values in a day they are added, not averaged. I would like the ability to prompt myself to update my mood ratings once a day or more, instead of relying on memory. Still, these are quibbles, and the things i thought i would get annoyed with at the beginning are growing on me. It's useful for my anxiety and mood..
This app is a great way keep track of your well-being, set goals, and accomplish them. You can choose from the default goals, such as exercise, mood, mindfulness, or you can create your own custom goals of your choice. There are many helpful positive reminders you can set as notifications throughout the day, and lots of helpful advice within the app. There's also a CBT function which is great. The developers are also very open to suggestions on how to improve the app. Oh, it's free & no ads!🙏❤
Very good idea, helpful tracker. It would be better if I could use the whole app, but instead, there's a stupid popup message at the bottom of the screen that will not go away that says "you can preview before you send" that completely blocks access to the tool bar at the bottom. I'm not sending this to anyone! How do I get this to go away??
A very effective and thoughtful app, well designed for measuring mood and even provides tips on mood elevation. I would love the ability to create my own word template for quick selection. There is one provided but I doesn't use language that works for me. Perhaps that will become an option in future :)
