  • Nice surprise great hotel / great location / great city to be explored

    Super friendly staff - spacious, well appointed rooms, great variety breakfast, windows that open, fast connection, any additional wish fulfilled with BIG smile - next time AGAIN! No car needed, well connected by train and easy access walking to downtown.

  • The Den

    Clean and modern, being a new hotel in the area. 800 m from the Train station. Good resto in the general area and the Jumbo grocery store has fresh baked goods and sandwiches on a daily basis. I have already recommended it to my other work colleagues.

  • Modern, functional property.

    Very functional hotel, ticks all the boxes, ideal for business. Really good little gym, the Den bar/restaurant is lovely and provides a great breakfast. My only issue is the car parking, the hotel needs to subsidise guests parking fees to some degree.

  • Consistant excelent experience at THE DEN

    I have stayed at THE DEN many times. As always they have been amazing. Always consistent with their service. The hotel looked consistently maintained. I find the environment and the staff nice and friendly. It's always a pleasure to go back.

    Excellent hotel & staff. Clean, nicely located in an urban area on walking distance from the centre and Station. Good bar, clean, luxury bedrooms and bathrooms. Highly recommandable. Worth price versus quality.

  • Excellent hotel - convenient to the station in Den Bosch

    Stayed here for a business trip. Friendly and helpful at check-in Modern hotel with great rooms. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good - nice selection and good coffee. Checkout very efficient Will stay here again when I am next in Den Bosch

  • Excellent rooms, unexpierenced staff

    hotel is runned by (hotel) student. Check-in and check-out took ages, Incorrect invoice ( 229 instead 159 euro). Breakfast was great and the rooms are also above average. Staff is continuously apologizing for standard operating procedures that are going wrong.

  • Excellent place to stay for city visit

    Trendy hotel, good breakfast, a wonderfull rooftop bar where you can sit inside and outside to enjoy panoramic views. Economical alternative for hotels located in city, trendy setting. Easily accessible from the train station (5 minute walk).

  • Not bad, not quiet as good as it could be.

    We liked the (kinda small) room (with a view over the city) but it was not clean (especially the bathroom needed more attention). This was not sufficiently solved after mentioning it at the front desk. Friendly people, but young and don’t seem real experienced in customer experience. With this room rates, when a customer has a small complaint (and gives you time and space to solve it), you try to bring it to the best level you can. But, then again, maybe there understaffed. The bed was really good, the breakfast good as expected. We really liked the rooftop bar, which had nice cocktails. 3,5 out of 5 stars for us.
