  • Support is a joke (July 2023)

    After only a year and a half I get a vertical line right in the middle of the screen for no reason. Support walked me thru a picture reset and I almost had them come to do a home repair but they told me that the cost of a new part was over a thousand dollars. So, basically you have to buy a new TV. What kind of support is that? I thought Samsung made quality products but my TCL lasted longer. They've lost a customer. Very disappointed!

  • Broke less than 3 months after the warranty expired

    I got this TV in December 2021 and have generally had a good experience with it. However, this morning the brightness is totally gone, and I can't see the screen from further than a foot away. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with support to no avail, and they weren't even able to provide an estimate for sending a technician with no guarantee - it could cost me hundreds of dollars only for them to say its unfixable and I have to buy a new one. Will never buy from Samsung again

  • Waste of money and nonexistent warranty

    The TV worked well for almost a year and then developed a black line. TV was supposed to still be under warranty. Contacted customer support and was told that repairs would be covered. After setting up a date for the technician and clearing my schedule, Samsung messaged me saying that it was not covered under warranty without any explanation. Such a waste of time and money. Good thing is that I was about to replace all my appliances with Samsung but after seeing how they treat there customers, that will not be happening. Will never buy Samsung again.

  • Poor quality TV and Samsung doesn't stand behind their product

    I bought this TV last black friday and after setting it up it had a great picture. worked great for 1 year.
    Right after the warranty was up the TV out of the blue started rebooting itself for no reason then screen went black.
    I tried all all recommendations from samsung, nothing worked still kept rebooting itself for no reason and had Black Screen.
    After, I called them they basically said that I'm on my own with the repair. Waiting for the estimated cost to repair but if it's too expensive will throw it away and get a different brand.

  • Like being in the theater!

    Man! I do love my new TV! The picture is great! The sound is better than my old Visio!
    Easy to set up and though big, not too heavy. Good instruction, too. Meshs well with
    my disc player, the cable, etc.
    Worth the money. Samsung is the best there is, I feel, and the bigger, the better!

    For those looking to purchase a new TV, This TV Model does NOT work with the YouTube and YouTube TV Apps. It will display vertical black lines that distort the picture severely.

    Samsung will also NOT do anything about it either.
    I HIGHLY recommend nobody purchases this TV as there are other TV's that DO NOT have this problem.
    Samsung will NOT do anything to help you.

  • What a wonderful television.

    The picture is awesome. The colors are sharp. I am so very happy I bought it when I did. I shopped others stores. They didn't have this model or it was several hundred dollars more. Fabulous features. Still haven't tried it all. Love it! 🌟

  • Fantastic TV

    I had originally purchased the 55" Samsung Qled Tv. Unfortunately when it arrived the screen was cracked. I returned it and went to repurchase the TV again but I saw this Samsung 55" Neo Qled with more features. After reviewing it, I purchased the Neo Qled. This TV far exceeds my expectations! The clarity, brightness and sound is unmatched. The price for this TV with all the many many features is a true bargain! I highly recommend this TV.... You won't be disappointed!!

  • OVERALL I HAVE MORE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS IN HOME OVER OTHER PRODUCTS

    Mostly Samsung is considered among the best when it comes to TVS. Sadly in 2021 I received a QN85A with a dark spot on the screen that did not go away. The problem clearly was a lighting error inside the unit. I called Amazon. They were super nice and went above and beyond to make things right. Said and done, Samsung and Amazon put together an incredible offer for me to purchase a Samsung Qn90a, the high-end number one rated TV of 2021. Thank you Amazon and Samsung for your commitment to customer satisfaction. I AM LOVING THIS AMAZING TV!
