  • Poor Service, Poor Organisation

    Basic hotel, but as it was only for a one night stop-over, didn't worry too much. However, the bar and dining area are poorly managed, and the restaurant are not set up to cope with the amount of guests. Very long wait times and forgotten orders. Breakfast was disorganised and many items were not available. Some staff seemed more interested in talking to friends rather than serving guests. Very disappointing.

  • Avoid at all cost

    Total ripp off. No airco, weak wifi, barking dogs left behind in hotel rooms during the night, hotel food caused doctor's attendance, several hotel guests don't wear masks because hotel staff doesn't care. On top of all this, I got ripped off for a bill of € 110 of food and beverages while I was working as a voluntary for the Red Cross in Trooz. DISGUSTING !!!!

  • Point of improvenent

    People dont speek Dutch. So strange! And no Dutch tv channels.This is a point of improvement! The lady of the swimmingpool was very kind. And arranged that we still could swim. But show that thus is a country where people speek two languiges! Be proud of it! Stop with that languige fight!

    Stayed overnight with shearings holidays 13/12/19 rooms clean and tidy, tea and coffee making facilities in room, food buffet style but evening meal all hot food was luke warm or chips, roast potatoes, veg etc. breakfast ok.

  • Christmas Market Weekend

    Having read the reviews I was wary of what we would find. We were on a coach trip to German Christmas Markets. Our room was a twin, plenty of room for the two of us, tea and coffee making facilities, extra supplies from the reception if needed . Compact bathroom with overhead shower. (No trouser press as stated in the blurb) . We ate breakfast in the hotel and these were more than ample with plenty of choice. The staff were helpful.

  • Overnight stop.

    We arrived at 1830 and were gone by 0730 the next morning. The room was comfortable, with tea facilities some English on the Tv, free wifi. My only niggle the over bath shower with quite steep sides and short legs. The evening meal was buffet style and had plenty of choices for all pallets, breakfast buffet was the same. A very busy hotel with a nice bar area for those that want it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

  • Overnight at hotel

    I stayed here on route to Germany. The room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom a powerful shower. Food served was of good quality, the hotel has a swimming pool, but I had no time to use. Hotel recommended.

  • 2 overnight stays

    Stay here for 2 nights first night on route to budapest and second night on return to the channel tunnel The rooms were pleasant enough the first stay the TV worked the second night no signal. The service in the restaurant was a bit poor with some serials not being available for breakfast and tea was not included with the evening meal. OK for 1 night stop overs,

  • Stay away !!!

    Terrible hotel! No aircondition!! Pool and wellness area is a joke. Wrong information online and in the front desk. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody!! We will never come back to this place for sure.

  • One night stay

    Well stayed here for one night, before travelling to Italy. Hotel is pretty basic major downside no aircon the room was baking hot. Food pretty muck ok, but a bit slow seemed they could not cope with a coach load, doubt if i would stay again
