  • Great if you like talking to actual robots. After trying to talk to someone I matched with from across the world I started thinking is this person an actually retarded because I asked her why do you study nursing and she responded with "what should I study" and Then I said "I'm asking why do you study nursing" and she never responded back like the ai that they programed here doesn't know how to respond to that type of question. Dont use this garbage app

  • The app tricks you to pay by showing you that you have multiple likes that you have to pay to see, those likes are from the other side of the planet even though you set preferred distance. Canceling a subscription from within the app is impossible, destpite the option seemingly beimg there, you have to google to learn that you can only cancel it on the website if you paid with card, after cancelling the app still says I will be billed for the next month. Scamy, shady, sloppy.

  • I am not able to install the app in my phone ! Once I installed the app in my two phones iPhone and Android from then I am not able to install this application in any of my devices will you allow any one device to access this application and use it

    • There is an option of contacting the maintenance of the application, but every time I tried to contact them they don't answer and only send a satisfaction form with the service I received...I didn't get support so I'm really trying to figure out if this is a joke...

    • I'm stuck in a Infiniti forgot password because it requires me to have a phone number that I already have listed and then when I type in forgot password to the account that's already listed it says this phone number is already in use please type in your password.... So I clicked forget password and it asked me for the phone number for the account that's already and you but I've forgotten the password to so I said forget that and uninstalled this pointless app nobody can find anybody on here...

    • Horrible customer service. Couldn't reset my password for month's after multiple attempts. I wasn't receiving any reset password emails for some reason. Tried many times. Then they kept charging my cc for membership and since I couldn't get into my account, I couldn't cancel. Eventually, I just decided to replace my cc and not deal with this app anymore.

    • The app in the last few months has gotten worst, you open the app and "you got 4 matches" :0 and they highlight way okd matches that people just ghosted or there wasnt a spark. And there is literally no way to make it stop showing those "matches unless you unmatch. Then you get a match and it refuses to show you the person, you think "maybe they instantly unmatched i guess" but nooo, after 1/2 months the match suddenly shows up and uou feel freaking bad for possibly having ignored someone.

    • I got to see about 5 matches, and they asked for money to see more. I don't mind paying for a service, but the service needs to prove it's worth the money first. Maybe a week of what the premium service does for free then pay.

    • Probably the best app there is for what it does. Where other dating apps requires insane kinds of cash for just about anything, this one actually allows you to look for people, and send them an intro message, without it costing anything. If your intro, or match, is returned, texting them costs nothing. However, there is a massive amount of mainly Asian/South American location faking going on - You might set range to 50km, however, apparently that includes several continents <- Only gotten worse.
