Between ticking off each item as watered, you have to wait for a five second animation of that item filling up with water before you can proceed to the next item.
Sometimes I will go outside and just water five things really quickly. I'd like to just go back to the app and tap five times to tick them off and move on with my day, instead I have to stop and wait for the silly animation to complete for every plant.
I purchased this app
So far I have identified a plant that I didn’t plant
I am having trouble with the small icons
What is the icon of a bunch of different blocks
Also the small crown
And finally the horizontal lines
Nothing happens when I tap on them
Thank you

not free in any way shape or form. Can't even use it without subscribing. Loaded with ads.
After paying for the year- I noticed the app glitching and removing some of my plants randomly. I would have to reset , delete , reinstall. Many of the plants were identified inaccurately and there was no way to discuss with any support personnel! There are way better apps available that work better and are cheaper!!!!
Just what I needed for free!
Was nice to quickly identify a plant we saw in Amsterdam. Worked quickly and well
Error message every time I try to load it.
This app looks like it would be great but everytime I try to add a plant it says “oops something went wrong!” I’m really excited to try this app but I can’t because of this, I can’t do anything! Please fix!
Great so far
Trying to find out why my plant looks unhealthy, but the app keeps saying something went wrong, then identifies the plant incorrectly. Not helpful at all.
I added a plant that has some spots. When I went to take pictures under diagnose. It wouldn’t let me continue, saying “ups, there’s a problem”. Kind of a turn off, first of all, using the word ”ups” instead of “oops”. Secondly it would be nice to know if it’s an app issue or their way of saying “cant continue until you pay for premium”.
Seems like could be a great app but I get an error every time I try to diagnose a problem.
Very excited to start using the app on this rainy day. Sad that I get the same error message over and over. Opps, something went wrong. Uninstalling and will try again.
Love it. Wish it recommended watering
Doesn’t state that it isn’t a free app… 3 day free trial - no thanks
All apps are free to download. The service is not free!
It said Free not trial
I love this because it helps me to figure out what is growing in my fun yard!🌳🌻🎋
I emailed Plantly 3 seperate times in regards to my subscription. No answer up until this day, the app is really not worth it as a beginner who can easily set an alarm for watering and use google lenses for id Would not recommend.
Searched for free plant identifier app and this junk came up. Soon as it was downloaded it asked for payment.
This not only did not help diagnose, but it has no clue what plant you have. Don’t waste your money.
Very good helps me know what I have to do with my plant
Fido
I figured I’d give it a try and downloaded. Immediately after initial set up it says it cost $6.99 for a 3 day trial. Deleted immediately because I can just use google lens to get info I need. Don’t waste your time downloading this.
App said free not $6.99 per week
Frequently misidentifies plants.
First rate identification.
I love the light measure feature
When I first discovered this app it was great and really helped me identify poisonous plants around my house and helped me keep track of of the watering schedule for my plants. Over the last few updates it’s started miss identifying plants and even changing my watering schedules from every 2 weeks like I have been doing the last 10 years to now every 2 days and the only way I can change this is to pay for it
I searched for a free plant identifier to see if I came across poison ivy on a hike. This app lists itself, and upon install makes users go through an on boarding flow that ends in “give us your credit card or it won’t work” - immediate uninstall for me
