    first time stay at mercure krefeld due to good location. inside a forest, nice clean air, next to a golf area, close to dĂźsseldorf airport, belgium and netherlands. nice big room and bathroom, good breakfast with big selection.

    Hotel aligned with expectations. No restaurant and breakfast @ hotel. Coffee machine in the room and water. The team was available to support me during my stay. Parking available. A lot of free space outside the hotel

  • SEVINC!!!

    Here for hockey European championships so definitely the hotel was busy but an absolutely amazing waiter was Sevinc! Was so polite he was completely under control and was amazing!! 100% recommend, look for Sevinc on the bar if u stay here!

  • Lovely and rich meal

    Had a wonderful meal at stopover last night. Vegetable soup as starter and a rich and juicy pork with vegetables and creampotatoes. Everything served with a smile and full attention. Coulnd’t be better!

  • Very poor overall

    Just a few things to start with, bath tub No bath mat, My son slipped and hurt his head. The soap tray fell and cut my ankle. My husband is disabled with metal knees. We wasn’t given a shower in our room only a high bath tub, so he couldn’t get a full wash.

    Enjoyed a lot restaurant set menu that came as s stunning surprise and gastronomic discovery! With the rest of the hotel criteria being fully in line with business travel expectations. Quick and efficient check out.

    Not the first time we have stopped here, and yet again not disappointed, always has a peaceful serene feel about the place. Staff always friendly, polite and helpful. Would be good when you do choose to leave a review, it has to be 200 words minimum, small complaint.

  • Very good business hotel

    I was there for a week for business and greatly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and minimal but dated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good bar with friendly bartender. Restaurant was good but expensive.

  • Good business hotel

    The hotel is good if you are going for business and plan to stay on property for your meetings. The hotel is not located near anything and you will definitely need a car. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and restaurant is ok - buffet.
