Maximize Core Fitness: Unveil the Power of Twister Exercise Equipment

This might be tmi but for some odd reason I can’t do any crunches/sit-ups anymore without having major pain in my stomach, feels like a huge Charlie horse. It’s obviously something I have to bring up to my dr. soon. I used to be able to do crunches/sit-ups like nothing. Since this has been happening I’ve been searching for workouts that involve using my core without any crunches or sit-ups. I heard about these disks on yt. I liked the reviews on this one and have been using it for a few days. Definitely worth buying. It’s sturdy and I can feel that I’m getting a good stretch to my back as well. 100% recommend.

My Mom used these way back in the 60’s and 70’s, and she always had a trim waist. I used it the first time yesterday for two minutes and my abs can definitely feel it today. For those who left reviews saying “it needs resistance,” you use your body as resistance by contracting your abdominal muscles, that’s where you get your resistance, and your results.

Then again I’ve used it in the past a similar product and it worked in making my waistline a few inches smaller, that was years ago. I’m older now and my waistline is no lean one compared to back then. I bought this because I want to have my waistline thinner. I try to use this device a few minutes a day and I can feel it is doing my waist some good. I feel the muscles have tightened up a bit. This twisting right and left is helping my waistline and gut muscles.

Just got it. And couldn’t help myself but to try it out. My abs started burning within 4 minutes I am IN LOVE! Will update in 2 months!

like the quality and sturdiness .Though looks simple it helps to work on that waist . I hold dumbbells and do the twist which is more helpful for arms and do those twists.I am glad I bought this :)

This arrived quickly and is better than expected. The wide platform makes it pretty easy to stand on, your feet will not be spread very wide but will be spaced similar to when you are just standing straight up. You need to use your arms to propel yourself, you twist your middle and use your arms to balance and move. My daughter struggled at first (was going in circles) but got the hang of it after a day or so. If you have used other twisting type exercise equipment it will be a very natural movement. I do not find it uncomfortable to use in just socks, despite the textured platform.

I use mine on the rug so I am not using the foam pad, which is very thin as other reviewers have mentioned. I do wish that it had a counter so you can set goals for yourself, and I also wish there was a way to increase the tension/resistance, but for $34 can't complain! This is an easy addition to my daily workout routine. I put mine in the living room so I can twist and watch TV.
