  • 3 stars only because the kiosk is nice

    3 stars only because the kiosk makes fingerprints/info/photos very easy. The certifying step was terrible for me. The system had my info incorrect (may have been my mistake), and it took numerous emails and several days to finally get it fixed. Then spent over a week and a half trying to certify with my dealer and their system was wonky and not working during that whole time. It took all that time with my dealer emailing and calling to get it to finally go through. The kiosk is great, but if you can get your fingerprints in a file and your picture done, its probably quicker to just do it yourself on ATF Eforms.
