  • Not living up to expectations

    Don’t fall for the pictures on the booking pages. Rooms are pretty average, I had small windows with view of a brick wall. Maybe it’s a great experience for the few customers who get a good room, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it.

    We stayed there October 2021. We booked a room for 3 ADULTS from a well known online platform. Our comments: -although we booked a room for 3 ADULTS they charged us more 40€/night, because the third person was more than 12 years..!!!! -rude staff and not collaborative +Clean facilities and very central place

  • Great location, great staff, great stay

    Laura at the desk and her colleagues were very attentive and helpful. The hotel building is a former church (not exactly a church but anyway), and it's classily renovated into a very chic pension. And they pack a mean Moscow Mule at the bar, definitely worth trying.

  • not the quality expected

    NIce hotel, good location, good parking. But a lot of details that made we are disappointed. Check-in: unexperienced, very slow room: to hot and airco doesn't work adaption to Covid-situation: low public toilet: dirty (2 days).

  • Not what i was expecting!

    We booked a room that had a beautifull historical window, wich was more expensive than the standard rooms. The window was 3/4 covered behind a wall. We couldn't enjoy a nice view or a any view at all. We felt trapped in a cage! Very dissappointing. Also no ventilation possible, I had a feeling that a couldn't breath fresh air. I would not recommend this hotel.

  • Well located but disappointing

    The hotel is well located and the staff is very attentive. However, the restoration of this historical building was carelessly made, leaving many interesting architectural parts hidden. Additionally, the decoration does not suit well to the place’s past, the maintenance is disappointing, and the bed was not properly made. Check the pictures.

  • You don't need to have to visit Mons to stay at Martin's Dream Hotel but you must at least once experience this hotel

    A stay in a room at this hotel is an unforgettable experience, at least in room 120. We extended our stay to 3 nights. The staff is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help you, at any hour. Thanks for creating such a wonderful experience.

  • Great place in Mons

    The Martins Dream hotel is located in the center of Mons and in a former church. My room was very nice with a stained glass, clean and extremely well-equipped. The breakfast buffet was very well-organized and proposed a broad choice of hot dishes, cheeses and breads. The staff was very welcoming.

  • Still very good

    It's first time in this hotel after coronavirus reopening. Still great. Only the problem might be very poor breakfast but because of the coronavirus issue I can live with that for once. Hope that next time it will be better. Also missing that great restaurant in the hotel, it was still closed.

  • Nice hotel

    Lovely staff. Original decor throughout. Comfortable rooms. Good location with parking onsite. TV limited and no veggie options on the menu. Bar is nice with good service. Would have been a 5 if they had veggie options on the menu.
