  • Nice place to stay

    Our stay at Tatenhove for a weekend was very pleasant. The rooms are very spacious and clean ( we had three rooms). It's a pity we couldn't enjoy the beautiful gardens due to rain. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

  • Good hotel

    Nice family-run hotel 600 meters from the centre of De Koog with its many restaurants. This was the second time we stayed here, this time in a so-called privilege room which is a bit larger than the ordinary room with a balcony. Breakfast is extensive.

  • Good rest and best food

    With a nice welcome our holidays began. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff is friendly and attentive. The best is still the 3-course surprise dinner. The chef here is the best! We look forward to tonight ;-)

    we spend the days around Christmas in this excellent place. perfect and very attentive staff; very good room and excellent diners in a peaceful and loving atmosphere. close to the beach and the village of De Koog. we enjoyed the healthy walks on the beach.

  • A nice place to stay to discouver Texel

    We stayed here only for the weekend and we enjoyed our stay. The centre is close enough by not feel isolated and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfy with an intresting mix between modern and old fashioned. The breakfast is excellent with a lovely view over the meadows.

  • weekend travel

    We stayed at Tatenhove only for 1 night and loved it. It was agood choice,near the centre of De Koog, beach and dunes within walking distance. A very good breakfast friendly and helpful service. It is a quiet and romantic location. Unfortunately we had bad weather, but when the sun is shining you got a good place to be.

  • Good hotel.

    I stayed here and was amazed how nice and friendly this hotel "'Tatenhove" is. It is located nearby the town centre of De Koog (ca. 600 m). My room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. .

  • Great great great

    Just back from 5 great days stay, room was large and clean,staff where very friendly and helpfull , location was good with great views and the price was great too only negatives was wifi wasn't the best and would have liked to have tea coffee making equipment in room

  • A place to come back to!

    Stayed here a long weekend in february 2011. Off season, but the island of Texel is a place for all seasons. Nice modern comfortable room. Very nice wellness facility. Friendly people. Great restaurant, excellent food! Great value for money. Would certainly recommend!!

  • Can not wait to go again, so relaxing!

    Over the years I have stayed so many times in this hotel, and I always came back very satisfied. The location is excellent, the management is always trying to fulfill your requirements, anyway: very rewarding. Dinners are excellent, and a ' your wish is my command' -mentality is certainly there.
