This is the best hydration supplement on the market! And it doesn't taste as bad as some that don't even have the high quality ingredients like this one does. Great for sore muscles, elevation change, travel, dry climates, hangovers, and other forms of dehydration. 100% would recommend these packets and nothing else! I won't even drink anything else if I run out. Thankfully you can get them fast through Amazon most of the time.

Stay away
Unless the salt is legit Celtic, Himalayan or Redmond's real salt, you're doing yourself more harm than good. The salt they're using has no minerals left because they have been proceeded out. Get one of the salts I mentioned and either put a pinch on your tongue and drink a glass of water, put a quarter teaspoon in a glass of good water, or you could even make sole salt, google it. I don't like seeing people getting ripped-off. Do the research and you'll know I'm right. Our bodies need salt, but the real stuff. Also, magnesium is very, very important too.

Playing tennis outside in heat all summer..I was not feeling well (dizzy, headaches, lack of stamina) even tho I kept drinking water, eating right etc.
I had no idea how bad I needed these. A friend who’s a dietician explained how important electrolytes were, and I might need more since I sweat like crazy. Who knew salt was a good thing?!

These are the best tasting electrolyte packets I have tried. Actually have a lot of flavor and don't really taste salty.

Yummy table salt
These taste good and help me drink more water. However the salt in them is just basic table salt, which I have been told is basically poison for you. I'll stick with a product that uses pink Himalayan salt or unrefined sea salt instead.
