Lily's Travel Agency has lived up to its name and won our trust! We had a wonderful 8 day tour .. HaLong Bay, Sapa, Fansipan and Ninh Binh. The staff Mina, Tracy and Doris are very friendly, caring and helpful and ensured that our tour went smoothly. Besides the pre-tour briefing, they ensured that all the contact information and pickup time and guides were provided ahead of time. As it was our first time in Hanoi, they also gave us information and recommendations about food selections, local attractions, google maps for our navigation as well as advice on shopping etc. Their partners and hotels for the various segments were well selected and guides were very professional... Lucky/Rosy for HaLong Bay; Dylan for Ninh Binh; and May/Duong for Sapa private tour. Special mention for May .. she is from HMong tribe, so she was able to provide authentic and interesting info about how the tribes who tend the rice terraces live and work. Driver Mr Duong was very helpful.. recommend restaurants for dinner although he can't speak English. Overall very memorable and wonderful trip! We will book with Lily's when we plan next holiday for Vietnam other locations. The only downside was the hot weather.. would have been more comfortable if we had done the trip in cooler season.

Lilly’s travel agency is the best agency in the world! They are very kind and helpful. We booked the whole package from Greece and from the very first moment Quinny and Vani were there every time we needed them! They answered us very quickly and they helped us organize our trip in a very good way! They offered us very good transportation and excellent quides! All the tours were amazing and the drivers on time. No need to wait or worry because Quinny was there and answered my messages very fast. Made a few bookings with Lily's, including the Capella Cruise to Halong Bay, limo transfer from Hanoi to Sapa and back, and everything was so well taken care of that all I had to do was to show up at the time and place discussed beforehand. The team at Lily's, especially Vani and Quinny, ensured that every single detail was looked into, even things that I had overlooked myself. They also provided good advice and recommendations which turned out to be great decisions. They even did a video call with me before I left my home country, to go through the plans and ensured we were on the same page for the bookings! During my stay in Vietnam, the team checked in with us constantly to ensure that we were having a good time.There were a few times we needed a safe place to leave our luggage for greater convenience, and the room at Lily's became our go-to venue. The team was highly responsive, and there was always someone to attend to us even when it was past working hours. Highly recommended to make bookings with Lily's for peace of mind and excellent service!

Lily's travel agency is the best travel agent I have ever used. As a solo traveller, I wanted to have an itinerary for Vietnam arranged so that I didn't have to worry about finding taxis or bargaining to ensure I was not getting ripped off by drivers or tour guides. Lily's travel delivered that and so much more. I felt completely safe right throughout the 3 weeks I spent in Vietnam, thanks to Vani and Lucy from the team. Lucy touched base with me every morning and night. I didn't even have to refer to my itinerary to remind myself what I was doing. When I was unwell for a few days during my journey, Lucy contacted the hotel and arranged for a late check out and ginger tea delivered to my door. My and my family’s experience in Vietnam was very amazing 🤩 with help of lily travels .Everything from start of trip till end was perfect. Also the employee named Lucy from lilys took care of our every scheduled during our time in Vietnam 🇻🇳 and also suggested us best coffe places . My 10 days trip to Vietnam was best trip till now with help of lilys and I would suggest all my friends and family to choose lily for their trip to Vietnam.

With the help of Khaled and Lily's Travel before departure we managed to plan a 15 day customized trip to and around Vietnam from north to south. The holiday was a mixture of packaged tours and bespoke activities, such as trekking in Sapa, biking the Ha Giang Loop, relaxing in Cat Ba, caving and trekking in Phong Nha, sightseeing in Hanoi, Hue, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City.All the hotels, homestays, transportations and tours were faultlessly organized by Lily's Travel. From just before our arrival we were assigned Lucy as our personal contacr and she became a major part of our journey. We had an informative videocall a week before arrival for Lucy to introduce herself and provide some useful tips about Vietnam. A whatsapp group was then set up and this is how we were able to communicate with each other on a regular basis. We met Lucy in Hanoi at the office and from then on she was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we asked her and sorting any potential issues during the tour. We believe our holiday went as smoothly as it did due to Lucy's care and attention towards the two of us. We would highly recommend anybody to consider Lily's travel to plan an unforgettable time in Vietnam.

Amazing agency. We felt so safe and taken care of on our travel to Vietnam. James and Quinny were awesome and extremely helpful. We even had an issue and came to Vietname one day late but they handled the change easily. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to travel in Vietnam. We did the Ha Long Bay day trip and the Sapa 1 night trekking activity and loved both. The staff also gave us food recommendations for Hanoi!

I took the services of Lily's Travel Agency, Hanoi for their 14 day package tour of Cambodia and Vietnam. The tour was customised and well managed by the Sales Person Mr. Lee. Post signing off on the itinerary I was guided by their Customer Support Person Ms. Lucy Do. I got excellent support from Ms.Lucy by sending proactive communication on the day's schedule. Though there were some initial hiccups these were sorted out. I thouroughly enjoyed the tour and I recommend Lily's Travel Agency.

Mr Duong & Ms Mina both @ Lily's Travel helped my wife and I apply for our Vietnamese visa, arranged our travel needs, commutated with us via WhatsApp through out our entire trip in Vietnam to make sure everything's fine. Really enjoy the trip with Lily's Travel Agency. I book for group tour to My Tho & private tour to Vung Tau. Although the weather is hot but really enjoy the local food in Vietnam. We have wonderful memories of Hanoi and area thanks to Tim and Mina at Lily’s Travel. We were picked up at the airport with explicit details from Mina as to where to meet our driver. A Hanoi Street Private Tour was arranged and the Guide Duy met us at the hotel, took us to Old Town and we enjoyed tasting 8 Different foods and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed an all day tour to Hoa Lu - Trang An - Mua Cave. We felt very safe with our driver Mr Son and Guide Mr Long. Tim did a wonderful job booking our pickup at the airport, food tour and all day Ninh Binh tour. Mina scheduled a Zoom call a few days before we left Canada to assure we were comfortable with all details. It couldn’t have worked out better. Mina let us know our Guides names in advance and took care of every detail, checking in frequently by WhatsAp. We highly recommend Lily’s Travel Service. Thanks Tom and Mina and your team at Lilys.

We booked our family trip in Hanoi, Sapa & Ha Long Bay with Lily’s agency. Everything was so perfect !  From the moment we decided to engaged them to plan the entire trip, we felt that their so passionate & friendly especially Tim & Doris who have done a very good job. When we arrived Hanoi, I found that there was a typo error in air ticket issued for our return. My niece will face the risk to deny entry to plane due to this error. Doris is so helpful, she help to contact the Vietnam Airlines office to clarify this matter. As a result from this, we are requested to send our passport & booking confirmation to airline office to rectify it. As not to interrupt our trip in Vietnam, Doris offered the help to come & collect the passport & booking confirmation with me in a tourist spot & immediately sent for rectification. I have no words to describe how thankful I am for the service provided. Once again, my family would like to say thank you to them that delivered such a service beyond our expectations. This is my first trip to Vietnam and based on online recommendation (I think its reddit or trip advisor?), I choose to booked 2D1N tour on Ha Long bay with Lily's Agency. As I be arriving to Hanoi towards the end of April, I had a great discussion with Emma and Lucy on my 5 days in Vietnam travel plan. Both ladies ensured that everything will be taken care from airport pick up to my preference in staying on the type of hotel, transport to and from Ha Long bay, cruise ship type, transport from hotel to the airport.Shout out to Lucy for going above and beyond to ensure everything is in order even though she's back to her hometown and I'm done with the 2D1N tour, and not forgetting answering my question about the trip + random question about Vietnam e.g. tips, food, old quarter location, and the public holidays. I made couple of friends with fellow travelers a ships (solo/friends).I'll probably booked Lily's travel again on my future trip to Ninh Binh or other places (Yet to plan), and will recommend your company to my friends (especially friends who enjoy travelling solo ).
