From fashion to philosophy there is nothing new under the sun. The author speaks about controlling your thoughts to control your life, and quantum physics, which is written about in the Gnostic Gospels thousands of years ago… And/ or fake it until you make it, or gratitude is the key (which it is) … I guess every generation thinks and current academics think themselves to be brilliant, but they are just recycling thoughts and patterns of the past… so how is that changing oneself? Or creating a new? The best “thought” would be “let go, let God”, which the author seems to be getting to but never uses the phrase. He uses the words “universe or greater mind” to abandon your thoughts to …many saints have stated the same thing …such as “pray, hope and do not worry” or give thanks before you get what you are asking for …or ask, believe, receive … those are in the end statements of faith… the author seems to speak to the same thing but in a secular format to appease the masses.
Mankind’s thinking is based in fear for the most part, fear of failure in whatever shape that manifests, or the greatest fear of all is not that you are inadequate, but your deepest fear is that you are powerful beyond measure and with such power comes great responsibility …it seems mankind likes to outsource their responsibilities to the government or a religion or a movement ...etc. … instead of doing the work themselves and changing the world by starting from within themselves
It showed me how to create a new mind. To change all my past and rewrite my future .
I read the book a month ago and have been doing the morning meditations every single day because I can feel the difference already in my life. I had been struggling with exhaustion, depression and pain, but feel a return of energy, enthusiasm, and gratitude to be alive. I can feel myself coming back to life. I am excited to live into new possibilities.
Love Joe Dispenza. I love science all matters in right hands from right ppl with right motives. Love Joe Dispenza integrity ‼️‼️
Repetition helps me remember all the details. This book certainly explains the behaviors were not conscious of AND how the body signals the brain to trigger cravings, emotions, and behaviors to release the dopamine.
Phenomenal education in this book.
This book has improved my knowledge and understanding of the universe and my connection to it.
I came to the same conclusions JD mentions in this book by myself. It was as if reading a book I wrote. I will say only one thing “WOW”. In the past, I avoided JD because i was having hard time understanding what he says but now after my own growth I can understand everything. This is the truth. If you are ready for it, read it.
This book claims to be based on science, however in the first 20 pages he cites two studies that were not peer reviewed, one of which was a satire (Christmas spoof). I shouldn’t have wasted my time reading the first 20 pages once I found out he calls himself a doctor despite not having a medical license or PhD. Please do not waste your time with this nonsense. Trust your gut and fact check if something seems off.
The author cites a study in which participants pray for patients in the hospital with a sepsis infection. The study took place in 2001, and unbeknownst to the participants, the patients they were praying for were in the hospital between 1990 to 1996. So a study about "retroactive" prayer and its effects. Since it all happened between 5 years to a decade prior, all the patients had already either recovered, died, etc. So the actual results of the study are merely of function of which list was given to the control group (who did not pray) and which list was given the active participant group. Whichever group received the list with the better results was the winner. Tada!
This did not pass my BS detector so I looked it up. Took 5 minutes to find out that study was printed as satire in the British Medical Journal. Apparently around Christmas time each year they publish a sarcastic study, which I guess is their idea of cutting loose around the holidays. The only problem is that years later, people come along and cite these studies as if they are legit.
You can see an article about it here:

I do appreciate the fact that Dr Joe (chiropractor, another red flag) put this in the first chapter, and saved me the trouble of having to read the rest of the book. He is presenting his theories as scientific fact, while citing a study that he either doesn't know is illegitimate, or he does know and he just decided not to share that part with us. Either way, credibility blown.
I will give it one star above the minimum however, because the general idea that changing your thoughts and emotions can help improve your outcomes is something that is a positive, beneficial concept. You just don't need BS studies to prove it.
It is a sad waste of your time.

Many customers are disappointed with the flavor and scent of the water bottle. Some say the flavor is lacking and barely noticeable, while others mention that the scent pods have a chemical smell. Some customers received used or incomplete products. The bottle itself is also said to have leakage issues. Overall, customers feel that the product is a waste of money and does not live up to expectations.

A review of four wines: one with shards of glass, one great and affordable, one balanced and easy to drink, and one perfect for a steak dinner. Beware of glass shards in the first wine, but the others are highly recommended.
