  • Unfortunately not as marketed

    Unfortunately the rooms are excessively loud with no sound proofing, no mini bar, sounds of piping and seemed to have problems with both balcony doors and telephones which required a room change! All in less than 24 hours.

  • Nice hotel and an excellent spa / gym.

    Friendly check-in. Stayed with my family. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Excellent pool, gym and spa. Excellent breakfast - lots of choice. The only downside was the noise from the busy road. We would recommend and return in the future

  • Stylish hotel with great gym and spa facilities

    Nice hotel in a quiet location, conveniently located near the world forum on the outskirts of The Hague city center and near the Scheveningen beach. Modern and stylish design, a very well-equipped gym and spa including pool, and friendly professional staff.

  • The most important part of Hotel are people

    The service at the hotel is top notch (especially Florin from the front desk, the lady looking like Zoe Saldana's sister and the breakfast lady - Mrs. Leya - the lady speaks with an eastern accent). The service is friendly, helpful and the hotel is very pleasant. The best Leonardo hotel I've been to.

  • Clean, comfortable and well located although not in the city center

    The hotel is well located, although not in the city center, but very close to the tram that goes there every 10 minutes. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff is courteous, however the hotel has a bit of an old-fashioned vibe.

    The hotel itself was well located for the centre and beaches. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. We had a number of maintenance issues which were unfortunate, bathroom light kept tripping no remote control in room. Kettle needed replacing. Frustrating but rectified promptly

  • Night away in The Hague

    Last weekend we spend a night at The Leonardo Royal Hotel The Hague. The room was amazing, and had a great view over the park nearby. The facilities were great, corona procedures allowed us to make use of the pool and sauna privately. Finally, credits to the kitchen and staff for the breakfast. We especially loved the omelets! Warm regards Room #5608

    Terrible service,Bad management. Rooms not cleaned properly . AC not cooling. Breakfast pretty basic. During Corona times the facilities cannot be used. Overall not recommended. Not at all 4 star . Would rate 3 star.

  • Rotality feeling at Leonardo Royal The Hague

    Top hospitality,super friendly staff and key location. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and then back again at the end of our stay. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

  • Excellent hotel

    Nice looking large lobby, welcoming staff and spacious rooms. Bathrooms were nice as well. I requested the quiet zone not knowing what this was, and it turns out the doors at the end of the corridor close so it really is quiet. A bit far from the centre but good for beach. Food was nice and breakfast is good. They will cook eggs how you want.
