Worked for about 7 uses. No customer service for help even that they advertised as warranty

Packaged nicely so there is a spot to store it. Comes with safety glasses and I saw improvements right away! Painless and permanent hair removal

Purchased in January, been using as directed. Nothing has changed. Waste of money

I have gone to the salon to have this done and the device works like the salon devices do at a fraction of the price.

I purchased this around a month or so ago... It constantly shuts off while trying to use it. The green lights will flash then stop like it's ready to use. Push button and nothing, have to push the button several times before it goes off. Will work with a few flashes then the screen shuts off but fan and power is still there. Have to stop, power it back on, wait for the green lights to stop flashing then if lucky you get a flash the first time you push the button.. most of time it doesn't flash.
Total waste of money and the time to get it to work correctly!
Would definitely not buy another one.. I reached out to the company through email. They responded wanted video of what it was doing. Video's will not upload saying too large.
This is my response to their request for video of what it's doing...

From all of the bad reviews I have seen on Amazon you already know what it does without any video provided to you.... everytime I try to upload a video it says it's too large and won't upload. The company is knowingly selling faulty junky overpriced product.

Of course I was skeptical….I’ve had laser treatments on my lip/chin because I get folliculitis and it makes me look like I get huge breakouts. But it’s really just the follicles reacting and getting constantly irritated by the hair growth. But this is actually helping!! I think it’s because it’s a more gentle approach and consistent. It’s definitely not only reducing the hair growth, but the irritation from it. And my skin looks and feels so much better!! And laser treatments are $150 a pop, so this is well worth it for me. * please note that just like laser treatments, it won’t do anything for those pesky white hairs.

Ive waited 5 months to write a review. I used this once a week for 15 weeks and it did slow the growth but it always grows back. I have fair skin and dark hair. Disappointing...

So I started using this around february time. I was super consistent to begin with and noticed a huge change in my underarm hair. It took longer to grow out and the hair was thinning out. During that time I would do it 3x a week. But school got crazy so I kind of forgot to keep it up. With just one pass through a week, my hair stayed the same but still took longer to grow. I'm back at it again so I will definitely give an update in a few weeks!

I’m so pleased with this purchase! I do use it religiously, which I think is the trick. About twice a week. It’s definitely slowed the growth. It’s hard to tell if it’s stopped any of the growth but I’m definitely not shaving as much!

Read the reviews before buying and decided to give it a try. After all, it was cheaper than buying laser hair removal packages. I’ve had various parts of my body lasered. Including my upper lip which I bought two packages (package is typically 6 sessions) at two different med spas. Didn’t see any noticeable difference. BUT after 3 times using this (in one week), I could tell the difference. Most of the hair is gonna. I anticipate within another 3 times, all will be gone. A great purchase! Very cost effective.

This things really blew my mind. I skeptical, but also hopeful that I could reduce or eliminate shaving/waxing my legs and bikini line, so I was willing to try! It does take dedication and consistent use to see results, and it feels like forever when doing legs (like 20 min per leg!). But after 5 weeks using it 2x/week, I took a three week vacation and didn't shave once. A few small, fair hairs gradually grew in, but they were not noticeable. Seriously amazing. I'll do the recommended maintenance round once a month or so gladly to keep things smooth. No more super dry-itchy-irritated skin, goodbye unsightly razor burn, see-ya ingrown hairs. I do have fair skin and dark hair, so this is the ideal combo for this device to work best. I do wish the flash window was a little bigger, but for $50 I am super happy.

I had spent almost $1000 for 1x weekly laser removal sessions at a salon and it did absolutely nothing! I purchased this after reading the reviews and so glad I did! I would get thick coarse hair on my legs, face, underarms and light brown on my arms. After doing treatment 2-3x week for about 4-6 weeks I am having very little to NO hair growth. I haven't had to shave in weeks. Now I just laser myself 1x week for maintenance. Worth the money. Such a good investment!!

Careful NOT to do over tattoos though. The laser attaches to pigment and will burn the hell out of spots with tattoos!

I'm the perfect candidate for laser hair removal (Dark hair, light skin). I used this for over a month every other day with no results. I used it on the highest level, 3-4 times a week. No difference. After 3 weeks of no difference I thought maybe I wasn't using it for long enough, so I would spend 10 minutes per armpit. Still nothing. I returned it.
